Technicians were on time and professional. They explained clearly what they were doing and what my issues were. They also clearly explained what I could do in the future to proactively keep my house’s sewer system running as well as possible.

Hired for my elderly aunt, expensive and not impressed.

When we called Bonfe to schedule an appointment they told us they will diagnose the problem for $100. They said they would arrive on a Monday. We waited all day on Monday with their policy of they can show up until 10 pm with a 30 minute heads up. They did not show up until 7:30 at night. To really solve the problem means they had to cut a hole in the wall but of course that is extra. $380 later they could identify the issue but not fix it that day since they arrived so late. The technician said if we chose 7 am on Wednesday we would have an appointment time. No one arrived and when we called they stated they do not do appointments but rather we would have to again wait all day for someone to arrive. We went with a different company. This company saved us hundreds of dollars and bonfe was not honest and was going to replace more than what needed to be done. Would never suggest or recommend this company.

Erickson did a great job, were professional and personable! We've used them for a couple of projects and have always been able to schedule within a short amount of time and are so happy with their work!

Sam was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave really good maintenance tips and was very considerate of our home.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. Dan, on very short notice, was able to walk me through necessary troubleshooting and we were able to control the leak. Very easy to work with! Would recommend!!

I contacted Pablo to clean out our main sewer line. We recently purchased our house and wanted to get the tree roots cleaned out of the main line. Pablo was very responsive and arrived when he said he would. In less than an hour he had removed the tree roots and was on his way. I will be recommending Pablo and his team to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

Michael was great. He explained things to me on what the job would be. He gave me options and prices. Overall, working with all the people from Home Works has been very good. I'd definitely recommend them for your home projects/problems.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
