Dean came out, evaluated the problem, spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait. He took the time to go back to get the necessary repair supplies and returned to fix everything. We have recently moved and found that many services come out, say they weren't scheduled for the amount of time it would take to handle the problem, and make us make another appointment - we've been waiting for a cable install for a month now! Dean was great! He took the time, handled all issues, and explained everything. Highly recommended!

I needed a diagnostic on some pressure drops in my water system, as well as a new water heater install. From the initial phone call to the end of the install, I felt that the process was painless and that all communication was honest and transparent regarding the work that might need to be done and what it might cost. Jaron & Tim showed up to do the diagnosis and install, were extremely pleasant to work with, clear in all communication, and understood the exact concerns I had with my plumbing problems. The work looks good after the fact, and Jaron suggested some things that may need to be looked at down the road, with a good faith estimate. I will not hesitate to call Erik Nelson Plumbing again, as I couldn’t have had a better experience.

The plumber that came out (Paul?) was very professional, courteous and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He completed the project a full hour under what was estimated. John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

This plumbing company is NOT a discount. Replaced two on/off valves, one for faucet & the other for dishwasher. It took the guy less than 15 minutes and cost us $625.00! We were robbed.

Jerry was great! He came for a simple tune up but helped us find some issues we didn't know. he stayed the entire time until the other technican arrived which overall was a 3hour visit. Thanks Jerry for caring!
