All I can say is, this is THE number to keep in your cell phone!! TJ has rescued us from two basement floods and at least four broken toilets - delivering new sump pumps, back up batteries, new toilets, etc - all on the same days the plumbing emergency occurred. He is trustworthy, reliable, skilled and generous with his time. Like I said -- put this number in your cell phone because you will use it and you will be happy you did.

Courteous prompt professional and efficient. One of my last guys asked to have a beer with me while watching college football ona Saturday afternoon. Non of that nonsense here.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

We called Dean's because we had a main water leak and were not able to get it completely turned off (emergency situation).We were only on hold for a short time and then talked to a very kind representative that took our info and said we would be contacted shortly by the worker who was assigned our job-letting us know when they were in the neighborhood. After waiting about 30-45 min. we still hadn't gotten a call so we called back to make sure they had our correct number/address. This time we spoke to a representative who told us the first time we called in we were speaking to their 3rd party company-who fields their phone calls. Our job was not listed and they would not be able to get to our job for 3 days. It appears Dean's and their 3rd party company don't have great communication? If you choose to use Dean's I would make sure you only talk directly to them. Dean's seem to have good reviews, we happen to be a family that had an unprofessional experience.

We had an unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning when we noticed a significant amount of water leaking from our water heater. I figured with it being a Saturday, it would make finding a plumber more difficult, but I needed this issue resolved ASAP. I called TJK because they had 24 hour service. They got to my house FAST! As I suspected, I needed a new water heater. Josh and Kyle got it installed in 4 hours, which included reconfiguring the venting per a new regulation. I couldn’t believe I was back up and running so quickly and that I could enjoy my Saturday night without having this issue hanging over my head. Would recommend!

In my experience with plumbing services you need to wait more than a week to get a tech out to your house. Then, the tech is clearly not out for your best interest but rather to make the job as lucrative as possible. This is not the case with Rotorooter.I had a plumber (Dave K) at my house within 3 days. He was extremely punctual and called ahead so I had time to get home from work. Once there, he very quickly was able to diagnose the issue and how best to solve it. He also made sure to go the route that cost me the least amount of money. He worked well with the city worker to have my main water back on within 30 minutes while he finished the job. He was polite, quick, and respectful of my house (carpet, clean up afterwards, etc.). He even offered to set up a fan to dry up some excess water left behind. Great experience!

I have received the greatest experience from service professional Ruslan he had a great attitude and is amazing at what he does Mr.Rooter Plumbing you are lucky to have him!

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
