Benson, the technician was very professional, and explained what the issue was, and the options we had to fix it. It ended up being a lot more complicated than we originally thought, requiring a second visit, but that happened the very next day. We really appreciated the thorough, and great service!

David was professional, prompt, and very helpful. He did a great job and we will definitely be using his services again.

Called to get an estimate for replacing an ancient AC unit. Their tech Ray came out and within an hour was best buds with my dog, and had me all set up for the summer with exactly what I needed (nothing more) and at a really competitive price. Dean's was highly recommended by my brother in law and I can see why.

Our floor drain began backing up while doing a load of laundry. Called Roto Rooter to setup service. A four hour service windowWas setup. Brian showed up at the very start of the established window. Walked me through several scenarios and quoted the job prior to starting. The job was completed within the time he stated and all drains are flowing like expected. Wonderful job.

Had a floor drain that was backing up. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Company communicates well and sticks to appointment times. Service techs are friendly and professional. Service was completed in a timely fashion and didn't cost a fortune.

We had an excellent experience with this company. When our water heater went out I researched the approximate price for a new water heater and installation. Dennis came to our house promptly the next day and quoted us a very fair price and did the work necessary. He and his apprentice were extremely courteous and neat and we are very happy with the results. We have used Mr. Rooter in the past for a main water repair and had an excellent experience then too. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs!

Zach showed up at 8am on time, explained everything that needed to be done, reviewed pricing and started the job. He was efficient, engaging, and answered everything knowledgeably. Definitely calling again for any future needs.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
