I would seriously give 100 stars if I could!!! I received exceptional service from start to finish at an affordable rate.

We had a stingy backed up drain, which we tried to fix ourselves, but ended up calling in a pro. I submitted a request through the online portal and heard back shortly afterwards. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly, responsive and helpful! They sent a repairman out within 3 hours of the call, at my request.

Ruben arrived ready to deal with the backed up drain, and was professional and helpful from start to finish. He was respectful of our space, cleaned up after himself, and worked hard to fix the problem while explaining what and why he was doing what he was throughout the entire process. Turns out our sink drain extends longer than the typical drain, and Ruben was resourceful and willing to go above and beyond. Seriously one of the best experiences I've had with home repairs. Thank you so very much, Ruben - you are so awesome!

Dean did a great job installing lights in less than the estimated time and was personable and friendly. I like that Erickson charges by the hour and is very affordable.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Called TJK to get an estimate on repairs needed to my house. I knew there was some stuff that needed work, but I didn't know how much. They sent someone out the same day that I called. Josh was really thorough and took the time to check the entire property. He explained what was what and helped me prioritize what to take care of first, since my budget isn't massive. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell, just a careful and clearly explained list. Would definitely recommend working with them.

I'd rate them zero stars if I could.Scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour window. Received a call that they would not make the time slot. I had to reschedule after waiting for over 4 hours. Not a huge deal, but didn't receive an apology or any effort to make it right. In fact, the woman I spoke with on the phone to reschedule sounded like she was doing me a favor by letting me reschedule. Like I was being a burden to her.Unbelievably, the same thing happened the next day! 5 hours and they weren't able to get someone out to my house. Had to cancel. You'd think they would make sure to get someone out on day 2 since they performed so poorly the first time, but it seems they don't have anyone who can figure that out.....or cares.

I called on 4th of July 6:59pm, had a pipe tech in and out of our house before an hour had passed. Andrew our tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Very happy with the service and information we received. Would recommend 100%. The website had a 75$ coupon which made the surprise visit a much more manageable expense.

I had a leak in my toilet plumbing. I called them at 11pm at night and got someone over 11am the next day. Tyler Asche was the plumber that got it done. He took the toilet out and discovered that someone took a shortcut building my house. He said my flange was sitting one an inch below where it should be. He put a riser on it and it was done quickly and from what I see, no more leaks. I highly recommend Tyler Asche.

Ben Franklin was able to get us in today with an urgent shower faucet leak. Reid arrived on time and was COVID compliant. He was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem with the 1950s shower faucet and replaced piping and valves with new copper piping. He cleaned up after himself when he was completed. Would definitely use Ben Franklin and Reid again.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
