My whole Thanksgiving was dependent upon this drain being fixed. And I was put through failure after failure for 4 days. I plunged my life away. I cried. I had to send my daughter to her aunts because our shower was not moving. And it was our only shower.I begged and pleaded with any and all God's and begged friends to bless me and drove myself nearly CRAZY worrying about the drain and the cost of what was seeming to be an extensive repair.At the point I called Roto Rooter, I was a crumbled mess at the idea that I was going to have to miss Thanksgiving with my daughter. And it's JUST US.. And I would have needed to rest and reset for possible construction and thousands of dollars of main line repair or wall and cabinet repair for the neighbor below. (I'm on the 2nd floor of a commercial building)And David #4579...David came into an apartment that was admittedly VERY messy. And he came to a woman in complete shambles who was rattling off all of the previous failures and their consequences from the last 72 hours.(Did you know, sulfuric acid is NOT a good idea in an apartment? I didn't. Hydrogen gas was a bad way to find that out).But David, bless his heart. Watched me take my final breath and crumble to pieces as I told the tales of my fight for LIFE with this drain.And as I finally crumbled to dust and blew away to the livingroom, he shut the door to preserve my pets from the battle ahead.(Their poor hearts couldn't take another failure either at this point!)And calm as can be. He shielded us from the war he was about to face. He raised his shield and shut the door. And we all blew away as dust into the livingroom.And as I lay there. Crying in the livingroom and becoming an actual puddle of mud, I hear the mighty snake repeatedly slashing at the drain. With tireless swings and stabs, the enemy clog was weakened.David #4579 had done it! He and his serpent removed a large chunk of the devilish clog. And yet?It remained!Without fear, David #4579, led by the metal serpent entered the musky darkness of the bath tub drain. .They slashed and twirled and danced the most intimidating display of confidence and justice.And the effort sent the the clog running for life through the other end of the drain.And the broken woman reappeared in her living room. Only, this time, sobbing with gratitude. David #4579 had done it.He was a hero.A warrior.A conqueror of clogs.Thanksgiving was saved. As was the broken woman. And her worried beasts.The daughter could finally return.And now we will NEVER forget the legacy of David #4579 and his heroic journey into the depths that had ruined the family before him.I am going to always recommend Roto Rooters.And David #4579 deserved recognition for the hero he is!My most gracious gratitude, good sir!

We had a leak in a basement pipe that needed to be repaired. The technician was on time, extremely friendly, and worked quickly to fix the problem that was causing the leak. We would definitely use Erickson again for future needs.

Called TJK to get an estimate on repairs needed to my house. I knew there was some stuff that needed work, but I didn't know how much. They sent someone out the same day that I called. Josh was really thorough and took the time to check the entire property. He explained what was what and helped me prioritize what to take care of first, since my budget isn't massive. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell, just a careful and clearly explained list. Would definitely recommend working with them.

I was very pleased with the service from Roto-Rooter. The water backed up in my basement laundry room on a Sunday morning after doing a load of wash. I called the local office and someone came to my home in less than an hour. They determined that the sewer line from my home to the street had an obstruction, probably tree roots. They brought in their equipment and had the line open in about 15 minutes. I also had them look at my kitchen sink because the water sometimes ran slowly down the side with the garbage disposal. The service person said it looked like the hole in the splash shield had shriveled up a little over time and if I opened it up slightly, that would probably fix it. He said he could run the snake down the drain for an additional charge, but that it probably wouldn't help. I appreciated his honesty. After they left, I tried enlarging the hole and that took care of the problem.The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. I also didn't get sales pitches for other services, which I appreciated. I was extremely satisfied with the service from Roto-Rooter and would definitely call them again.

Came out Saturday afternoon when called midday. Spent 4 hours to get sewer working. Then set everything up for replacing sewer line to city. Done by Tuesday afternoon. I am very satisfied.

Kris C with Mr. Rooters was awesome. He arrived early in the morning after we scheduled at 11:30pm the night before. Kris is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and propose a few options for us within a matter of minutes. While he was here, my husband decided it would be a good idea to install a bidet on the toilet... but my husband didn’t tighten the parts all the way and we ended up having a 2” flood throughout our master suite. Kris was SO FAST to act. He turned off the water supply and got a water vac from his truck and started getting water off the floor very quickly. Thank God he was already here and saved us from a lot of additional work and money. We offered him gratuity as a small token of our appreciation, but he wouldn’t take it. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future, I will specifically request Kris. We highly recommend him. THANK YOU, Kris!!

Great response time and good communication beforehand letting me know a tech was on the way. Trevor was knowledgeable and helped solve my plumbing problem quickly, he recommended maintenance products and items to increase the longevity of my home plumbing.

The Root-Rooter employees were very respectful, professional, friendly and thorough. They return calls and keep to their schedules. I highly recommend them.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
