Best Water Pipes in Minneapolis MN

I’ve been using TJK plumbing since 2013 and been very happy with the quality of service. Dan J recently replaced my water shutoff valves. He’s very knowledgeable and always does his job with a smile and great service. The trip charges should be condensed per job instead of adding it up per trip, this would show that you value your customers. This is my only complaint with the business side of things. Highly recommend otherwise

This was my first time needing to hire a plumber. I read reviews and decided to go with them. What a mistake! I was completely taken advantaged of. The plumber scratched my door, scuffed up my floor and made a big mess. He charged me $30 for a drain cap, which I found out is actually $5 at Home Depot (wish I would've known that earlier). After removing his equipment he sat in his truck for 20 minutes looking at his cell phone. I was overcharged for services. I will NEVER use this company again! BUYER BEWARE!

They were professional, helpful and did a great job installing a new turn off valve for us. The technician was very kind and explained things in depth. He also helped us save money with an easy fix on a leaky valve. We'd for use Norblom again.

The guy was really nice and professional, but the price was just too much for the work I needed. $1000 for a spigot replacement. I did it in an hour myself later that night.

Called and were here within a couple hours, cleaned roots out of sewer drain in 1 hour and included a follow-up camera inspection the next business day. Price was reasonable. UPDATE: turns out they did not fully clear the drain. It backed up again not long after. They don’t use a camera at the time of cleaning so the tech cleaning doesn’t really know if he got it all. I called a different company that was twice the cost ($300 vs $150 at the time) and they were able to know the drain was 100% clear. Worth the money.

They were right on time, quick, clean, and friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable, great to work with and a great price. Our sink drain was plugged and he not only unclogged it, but went above and beyond to teach us how to improve the water pressure for our faucet and pointed out some things that needed to be replaced. We were so impressed! We will definitely call Right Away Sewer and Drain next time we need help!

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
