John H did a great job! Everything appears to be in working order and no more leaks (fixed four while he was here). It was very quick and easy. Might not have been the cheapest option (didn't have others come give estimates), but worth every penny.

Erik Nelson Plumbing is the best. My main drain in a 115-year old home needed total replacement. I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Contacted them through their website and all prearrival communications were via email. They gave me an accurate quote off the pictures and requests I emailed them. The tech was on time and was able to complete all the tasks. The tech even was able to get the laundry faucet to mount properly to the sink. Looked like it had never been mounted before that.

I had some work done in my home not knowing that the person poured grout in my kitchen sink. The first person Mike showed up on Friday and he did an awesome job. An hour after he left I noticed the stationary tub was now filled with the same thing. I called and Nick came out and really looked out for me. It took some doing but he cleared out the drain for me at no charge. I really appreciate that because I have put so much money in my home I can't afford to take another hit. So if anyone is looking for a plumber they come out the same day and ask them to send Nick. He is a real cool guy. I will be using their services again 😁
