Best Water Heater Repair And Replacement in Minneapolis MN

I was very pleased with the work that Minnesota Plumbing and Heating did for me. They were easy to work with, did not leave a mess after installation and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Jake has been my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. Recently the company expanded and though I didn't know it, they offer HVAC services as well.

I talked to Jake on a Sunday when my furnace was down. He had a technician available to fix what turned out to be a stuck open pressure switch valve. The tech was here right when Jake said he'd be. They had the parts available to do the job, and were in and out in about 10 minutes!!! He also checked other components of my furnace to ensure there weren't other issues that contributed to the failure. I'm confident there won't be a need for a return visit.

If something happens in the future, Jake or Jake's staff get it done right the first time. Friendly professionals there and competitive rates!!!

For many years now, since our previous house needed emergency electrical work after a storm we have had a great relationship with our electrician. We can trust him to be straight, fair and reasonable with us.

I've always looked for a similar relationship with a plumber. We've had a variety of experiences with plumbers but haven't found one we can trust that takes good care of our 100 year-old house.

I can safely say we finally have this with Erik Nelson plumbing. Today they came in to install a faucet in our bathroom and were timely, straight with me and reasonably priced. They explained what they did and even put on new shutoff values without needing to drain the house.

They fixed a drain on our tub and brought it up to code.

Nov. 23, 2021 update:
We had a shower faucet handle that was covered under Kohler warranty. They replaced it and showed me how it was done.

There was a leaky laundry tub faucet that they were able replace and upgrade the shutoffs and add hammer arrestors.

Nick and Tim did a great job and a little under the cost we originally thought it would be.

April 4, 2022 update:
ENP just installed a new water heater and again came in a bit below what I expected. They also took the time to explain the features of the new water heater.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Well it couldn't have been better. I called at 8am and they had Jason come out at 11:30. For the two hours I had set aside as I was going to make the repair. But my better judgment kicked in and said you need a pro to get it right the first time. He didn't need to stuff white bread down the pipe. Well worth the money! Thank You!

Dan K., the electrician was absolutely amazing! He really looked thoroughly at everything in our house and gave us a great price to rewire our low-voltage system in the house. He was very honest and professional and did an all-around great job! We put new lights in our living room as well and they look excellent! He and his apprentice Sam were very clean throughout the whole process and they got the entire project done in one day! He is a family man and I really enjoyed getting to know him and sharing a little bit about my family with him as well. We will definitely be calling Dan if we have any other electric issues and would highly recommend using him for any of yours!

We bought a house knowing that the outlets needed to be grounded. I scheduled a time for someone to come take a look and give us a free estimate. Joe arrived and I told him what we wanted done and he did a very thorough job walking through the house, checking outlets, and explaining things. It took some time before we had the finances to schedule the actual work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to get us on the schedule within 8 days from my calling to schedule. I was also happy that Joe was able to come back to do the installation as he already knew what we were working with. The job ended up taking slightly longer than expected because of some faulty wiring in the house, but Joe was sure to check in when his estimated time was up and give a progress report and make sure I was okay with him continuing work. The total cost ended up being almost spot on with the estimate. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Joe's work and will certainly be reaching out to Erickson to schedule future projects.

Tech came to replace to basement drain and pipe. It turned out to be a bigger project and more expensive. The tech only jack hammered and dug up about 6ft. The project was estimated to be $6-7k project and we decided on moving forward with someone else. At first, the project was supposed to be around $3-4k. I gave them $1500 to get the job started, but after finding how much bigger the problem is and the amount of money it was going to be. I requested a refund, not the full $1500 but at least half since the tech only dug 6ft in the ground. The customer service manager refused to give me any sort of refund. The tech said that they would only give me the material that was initially needed for the project. Its not the tech's fault. I understand that you won't know the true price of a project until you dig in the ground, but $1500 for digging? Definitely unfair.

We had an unexpected failure with our boiler and needed a quick replacement. I called in and was able to schedule an estimate on the same day. Greg Isaak came out and went over all my options. We were able to work with his manager Scott to get our boiler installed the next day! Couldn’t be more happy with our experience and would recommend anyone to do business with HomeWorks. Thanks again!
