I reached out to TJK plumbing at 2:30 pm and the entire job was done the same day. Josh and Tim did a great job at replacing our plumbing system along with our water heater. Their quote was spot on as well.

Jake the Plumber is the best. We came back from a 10 day vacation and were shocked to learn our whole house temperature was near frozen due to problems with the thermostat. The water tanks of all toilets were completed frozen and two shower cartridges were cracked due to ice expansion, not to mention the frozen pipes. The next day when the room temperature returned back to normal, the water in one of showers began to leak uncontrollably. Then we called Jake the Plumber on Sunday afternoon and they came in less than one hour. They quickly fixed the problem of the broken pipes in the house and performed a courtesy check to make sure all the other water pipe problems were fixed. Our family greatly appreciates the prompt work they did for us. Jake the Plumber was very nice and professional during the job and we highly recommend them for any future plumbing problems.

We had a good experience with them. Our technician was patient and responsive to my young kids who are always so curious when someone is working on our home in some way. The technician was thorough with the issue and even did an extra step I didn't expect.

I called Norblom Plumbing last week for a plugged up kitchen sink below the trap. I had fought with the sink for 2 hours the night before and finally called a plumber. They had a plumber out to my house within 3 hours of calling on Tuesday morning. The plumber was exceptionally friendly and professional. He cleared up the plug within 20 minutes, checked all of our other exposed plumbing downstairs for any issues, and even wiped down everything under our sink to give it a shine. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

John is the absolute best. He helped us with a leak in our well water system on a Saturday after we had multiple people unsure if they could fix it. He went above and beyond at another job getting on the roof to repair pipe venting that was causing a different leak in our basement. He is kind, experienced and unbelievably knowledgeable. We had awesome service by Josh from TJK plumbing! We are selling our house and wanted things done correctly. TJK plumbing was easy to work with, scheduled quickly, and worked with us when the city had a very small time frame for shutting our water off. I originally needed a water main valve replaced but ended up needing a faucet replaced and an estimate. Josh was super flexible and able to do everything we needed in the same trip. We would absolutely use him again and would recommend TJK plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

The Roto Rooter tech, Al, that came out was amazing. The overall experience from calling on a Sunday night to having them here Monday morning right away and resolving my clogged drain with ease made my day. They are not cheap but well worth it and would recommend them to anyone looking.
