Best Water Clean Up in Minneapolis MN

I called to get a quote of ballpark figure to remove/install 2 toilets. I was told they don't give quotes but will charge me $59.50 to come and look. While they would put that towards the bill, but what if they're quote is high like some of their reviews show. I find it hard to believe they can't give a ballpark figure on something that should be routine for a plumber. I feel like them coming out and charging $59.50 for something that would take 10 minutes is a way to extort business! I hung up on them!

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Tom the service tech was great. He took time to explain the issue and how he fixed it. Very professional, courteous and timely.

Had someone come out to figure out some electrical issues at my house a few months back. The service on the phone was professional, the person who came out was punctual and professional, but they figured out nothing. They chalked up some lights being dimmer and flickering to the grid throttling power to the house, which I doubt. They did a good job explaining, but they also rambled throughout the process. This turned a 20-30 minute job to a 65 minute job, where they charged two hours for. I feel like I just threw away $300.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

Phone person was quick and responsive and the only plumbing company to give me a “real quote!” The plumber Mike was great and honest! Came on time and gave got the job done! We will be using them again!

We have used Homeworks in the past and have had great service. This latest appointment did not disappoint. I called over the weekend and had an 8:00am appointment on Monday where we had a new water heater and water softener installed as well as converting our current system to gas operating.I was kept informed every step of the way, the workers were professional, friendly, and very prompt. We are very happy with our new system and took advantage of the annual maintenance check programs for our furnace, water heater, etc.I highly recommend Homeworks Plumbing!

Ben and Nick did a great job last Monday with a new sink hookup including garbage disposal and faucet fixtures! They were on time, professional, and quick.At the first visit to get a quote from another plumbing professional, we were a bit surprised at what the total cost came to, and felt slightly put on the spot to decide in that moment in order to make timing work to schedule. Though I will say the reliability and quality work probably makes it worth it in the long run. Sink and disposal has been working great so far all week.

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

You cannot ask for a company to be more honest, thoughtful and professional than Cichy Water & Sewer - throughout the job they maintained close communication, required only a marginal deposit and the little ripple we had in a misunderstanding was overcome immediately and totally at their initiative - and our neighbors compared the work they did for us as “stellar” - compared to their experience with another company a few years earlier - you'd have to be a fool not to go with these very fine people.

Alex and Royce cleaned out our sewer line and put in a new pipe liner. They were on time and very professional and they had the job done way sooner than anticipated! Would highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Gopher sewer and drain. I had the main drain line clogged in our grocery store, i called gopher sewer and they stopped by within 30min. I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
