These guys are great! David showed up less than an hour after I made the request and fixed up our plumbing issue within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

They're always responsive and super easy to work with. Staff is always nice. They're super helpful when giving me knowledge and explaining what the issue is and how they can help. Their call center is very easy to work with as well.

Friendly installer. He seemed to know what he was doing. Showed up on time, completed the installation quickly, and left no mess.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

I called and they came the same day. We had a very clogged drain and garbage disposal. Nick was great. Explained everything he did. Using covid protocols the whole time. He even cleaned the kitchen sink for me..

Asked for clawfoot tub fixed supply lines, sent picture and scope of work before they showed up. They charged us $89 just to look at it in person and say they can't do it. Save me the money and tell me that it's outside your scope of services in the first place!Follow-up: Changed my review from 1 to 3 stars - they were willing to waive the trip fee for the work they couldn't do. It would be nice for them to be able to incorporate some sort of internal discrimination for jobs they can and cannot do, as the call center folks that are scheduling jobs cannot currently make that determination, despite the customer having the opportunity to send photos, video, and written documentation of the work scope.

Great customer service, pricing and results! Highly recommend.

I had a five-star experience with Roto Rooter. They were hoping to visit on Friday but weren't able to make it work because of other appointments that took longer than expected. Dispatch stayed in touch with us to communicate this, then rescheduled for an appointment on Monday morning, New Year's Eve.The plumber/technician who helped us — I wish I could remember his name! Apologies. — was extremely friendly, presented our options transparently, and ensured that the faucet he installed was the one we wanted. Excellent service, would call again.

We had a plumbing situation on a Sunday afternoon and the person I spoke to over the phone was awesome! Kind, friendly, polite, and had great information. I wish I could say the same about our service technician - although he arrived to the house earlier than expected, he was rude and non-welcoming, as if we were disrupting his day by having him come out and assist us. While my husband and I discussed the potential option of going with another service that could have been cheaper, the service tech butted into what was an obviously private conversation stating condescending phrases such as Oh, I'm here already you might as well have me do this now, and You know that company charges such-and-such a fee, right? Anyways, it was hard to feel comfortable with him servicing our household with such a condescending and rude tone. I appreciate Roto-Rooter coming out on a Sunday afternoon for help, but I'd recommend training your service techs in customer service first.

We had recently purchased a home and almost immediately detected a backed up complicated sewer / toilet. the problem was not addressed by another company and Corey was great at addressing and diagnosing the problem on a Saturday, offering immediate and long term solutions to our problem that was bigger than we anticipated. Prompt courteous professional response for our sewer emergency and repair. Thanks so much.

Jim responded to the call quickly and was able to trouble shoot when they didn’t initially have the right size water heater. The work was done well and quickly. They even took my call the next day and provided information about trouble shooting some low water pressure. Highly recommend this company.

A real person answered the phone on a Sunday. My main drain was backed up and they were the only ones able to come out to my home quickly and at an affordable rate on a Sunday afternoon. I’m thankful you guys were able to help me!! Super friendly phone & repair staff too!! A++++

My husband and I needed to shorten our gas line to our range. Tim from Blaylock came out to shorten it. He was very professional and polite as well as hustled to finish the job within 1 hour to keep our cost down.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
