Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

They were very professional and got service within an hour of calling (luckily!).Edited/continued, because there was a chance for the service to be comped with a 5* reviewHowever, cleanup was not great. Our dehumidifier and clothes rack were covered in residue from the main stack. We had to purchase a new clothes rack.We also have Roto-Rooter working on our neighbor's house across the street. I emailed the city as Roto-Rooter excavated the street and left a mound of dirt on the road blocking our mailbox for the entire weekend, and giving us trouble pulling into/out of our driveway. They had the audacity to approach us and ask why we had an issue with their site.

What a great experience in a minor crisis on a Saturday morning. Water started coming out of the floor and after determining the problem was a clogged main drain. I called Roto Rooter. Within 45 minutes my technician Andrew was here. He agreed with me it was the main pipe that was plugged. He then took his main drain cleaner machine ran it down and within 1 hour my problem was solved. So glad I didn’t have to wait till Monday to get this fixed. Very Happy

Great work and great to work with. Came out in December and installed an outside sewer cleanout and fix my main line. I'd recommend them highly.

I filled out the request form they had online for their business told them I was working on a outside faucet the 24th and I was hoping if I had problems I could count on them to stop by filled out everything in my phone number my address I live in Columbus and no reply with a joke!!!!!!

Wow. Ken's was top notch end to end. I had a homeowner project mishap on a Sunday, never good. I called all around to find someone to help me ASAP. Ken's was the best - communicating promptly with me back and forth to assess the problem. Even better, they dispatched a guy to come out with a couple of hours - on a weekend. None of the big guys would commit to anything before tomorrow night. Best in class and local. Highly recommend.

Very reliable and honest service. Another company quoted us 4 figures to fix a problem. We called Sabastian & Sons for a second opinion, and they were able to do it in a shorter time frame and with a much more efficient solution (much lower price as well than the unnecessary procedures of the first company). Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Mr Rooter. They were quick and responsive when our sewage pump was malfunctioning. They resolved it quickly and were professional, friendly, and super clean. Would definitely recommend them.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
