I started by calling a competitor, who said they’d call me back but by the time they finally did, I already had called RR and they were here! The tech was down to earth, friendly, and clearly explained everything. The work was professional, competent and thorough. From beginning to end the Roto-Rooter team went above and beyond to get this messy job completed.Thank You!

Appreciated the great customer service at Norbloom Plumbing - they went above and beyond. We needed a water heater replaced as soon as possible and they were willing to complete the work that same day and a good price. Thank you, Norbloom!

Had a great experience with Kyle at my house today. He fearlessly crawled into the dark, damp, cramped crawl space under my house. He was a pleasure to work with, and the work was fairly priced. I will call Discount Plumbing and work with them again!

Chris did a perfect job start to finish. He was kind and took the time to answer any questions I had. If we have need of a plumber in the future, we’d be very glad to hire him again. Thanks Chris!

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!

I called Roto Footer for a clogged drain in our laundry room. The receptionist was able to schedule a same day service. I received a call before the tech arrived to our home. Al was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleared the drained pretty quick and cleaned up after himself. He made sure the clog was gone as well. Al gave us some advice on what to look for as homeowners to prevent costly repairs in the future. Overall, we are pleased with the service.

I had a drain in my basement backing up and flooding my basement with some water. I called Roto-Rooter and they were very prompt and timely. Andrew came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found my problem and explained how he would fix it. He was fast and respectful of my home and fixed the issue.

Very long story short, we found out when selling our home that there was a break in our line out to the sewer and there was no front cleanout to be found. After having 4 other plumbers out to our house and getting nowhere with schedules and quotes, Matt came out, got us quoted and did the clean out same day. Two days later, the sewer line was fixed! We could not be happier with service we received from Matt and his crew (plus our dog, Sonny, adored him!). As we move to our new home, we’ll keep Matt’s number handy for any future plumbing needs!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.
When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.
We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.
In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.
RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.
