Norblom recommended someone to do a second opinion camera inspection and the result was a descaling for less than 1k$ and no tearing up the floor. Honest and professional. We hired LeVahn to do some major plumbing work as part of a basement remodel. This was probably the third or fourth time we had used them. The scope of work included digging up a concrete floor, replacing all drain lines. They moved a gas line and also changed out the above ground plumbing stack. Basically, all drain lines in the house were replaced. While this kind of project is scary and expensive, we really never had any concern that the job would get done right. And it did! Dave is an amazing plumber, very responsive to our desires. He communicates clearly and is a joy to be around (additive laugh). Andy is a great project manager, always gets back to me quickly and effectively. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend LeVahn for any plumbing need. If you want to get the job done right, hire these guys!

I had requested a quote for a tub drain, overflow, and faucet installation. My plumber Ray was fantastic. I would give him 5 stars. He was respectful, professional, and did a great job installing everything. He also cleaned up and gave me some tips on what I should do with a couple other things in my bathroom. The price was also the best quote I got. The only thing I had a problem with was my appointment being cancelled twice after I waited around at home for 2 days. Luckily I can work from home but my contractor also waited around in case the plumber needed anything those 2 days. My hope is they can get more plumbers to work on their overflow of jobs or get better at predicting the schedule but I know that predicting customer flow isn't always possible.

Arrived quickly. Diagnosed the problem and got it cleaned out in no time. Left everything clean when they left.

Matt's Plumbing responded to my service call quickly even though it was late on a Friday. Matt, the owner, was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was with my water heater and softener. He showed me exactly what would need to be done to remedy the situation and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done, including vacuuming around the area. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

Our sewer drain in the basement started backing up last Friday night at 10:30 PM. I called every one of the large companies (national and local) that advertise in the Twin Cities. They all claimed 24 hour service. I explained that we had an emergency and provided detail of what was happening and the best that all could do was to offer to send someone on Saturday morning at an average cost of $189 just to have someone come out. The cost did not include any service. As the backup worsened, I hit the internet again and found Ken's Sewer at about 3:00am. The person that answered the phone said that they could come out right away. He then asked several detailed questions and came to the conclusion that the issue was caused by a backup of the city sewer and that neither Ken's, nor their competitor's, could do anything to help. He recommended that I call the city immediately. Ken's was correct! I called the city and they sent a crew out and the root cause was that the city sewer in the street was clogged. If the other companies would have suggested that to begin with, it would have saved thousands of $ in damage. The person that answered the phone for Ken's (I think that I woke him up) was more interested in helping than billing a service call. I am very impressed and I will absolutely contact Ken's with any future issues rather than the other guys that are all talk and no show.

My husband and I needed to shorten our gas line to our range. Tim from Blaylock came out to shorten it. He was very professional and polite as well as hustled to finish the job within 1 hour to keep our cost down.

My husband and I were so impressed, we will use Blaylock the next time we need a plumber and will specifically ask for Tim!
