Best Toilet Backup in Minneapolis MN

I called 4 plumbers before I called Jake. They were either busy or had no idea how to solve my problem when I explained the situation and wouldn't even come out to check. I called Jake the plumber and they came out that day. They were super friendly and discovered the water heater was leaking underneath by using a camera, then showed me the video demonstrating the problem. They also found my water pressure was low and discovered the water softner (which was likely original with the old house) was failing causing the water pressure issues. The work was great and they were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend Jake.

Awesome job, Matt went above and beyond to help out with getting my main sewer line cleaned out. He came out on a Friday evening and was done in a couple hours. The price wasn't bad and I also got a 6 month warranty on the work done.

Only reason why I am giving them 1 star, is because I'm not sure if they are still in business. Number is disconnected. Scheduled an appt through their website and no one showed up. Even though I received a confirmation that someone would be coming. They did previous work for me. Same day service and solved my problem. They are great to work with and I was hoping to work with them again.

Thanks to Pedro from Gopher Plumbing I didn't go bankrupt after Roto-Rooter (BOO) told me I needed to replace part of my main line! He worked on it for 5 hours and snaked that bad boy until it worked again. Prompt, thorough and most importantly, HONEST work. Highly Recommended!

I called Rod (the Sewer Dude) on a Friday afternoon to clean out my floor drain. I was thinking I would have to book the job out a week as this was not an emergency. He was at my house 3 hours later! The job was completed in an hour. He even took the time to talk to me about drain maintenance and strategies to prevent clogs in the future. I will definitely being calling Rod in the future when I have any drain issues.

I had Michael (Tech #2409) come to my house for a bathtub backup. He was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. He came out same day for the inspection and was on time for the scheduled repair. Although I hope I don’t have any more plumbing issues, I will definitely use this company if I do.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
