Best Sump Pump Install in Minneapolis MN

I had my water heater replaced by John H. He did a great job and provided me with several options from a basic band-aid approach to fixing my existing water heater to top of the line tank-less and everything in-between.

We had the pleasure of working with John from Jake the Plumber. He took great care of us and our plumbing - even taking time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it. We felt like we knew him almost immediately, we trusted him. We would highly recommend Jake the Plumber, and especially John, for any plumbing needs!!!

Our basement sump pump went out recently, so I called John Anderson to come out and evaluate it. After checking out the area in and around the sump pump, he replaced the broken sump pump and then showed me why it had stopped working. The previous home owners had taken a few shortcuts in the sump pump and bucket installation process. John pointed out what the proper equipment should have been and detailed two long term solutions for us. I was happy to know that John's options were NOT short term fixes at the lowest possible price. I would recommend John Anderson for his outstanding plumbing work and his straight-forward approach to high customer satisfaction. Our minds are now at ease!

Steve came out today to fix a kitchen sink leak. He was very fast and even tightened up the faucet sprayer, that wasn't leaking. Excellent service, went above and beyond and was very fast. Installed a quality sink strainer. Will call back if needed

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Had a leak develop in the wastewater line at my parents house that was built in 1927, cast iron pipes.

The plumber's came and repaired the issue in about 4 or 5 hours and it cost a little over $2,100 and was expecting it to cost between 4 and 6K.

Plumbers were friendly and courteous and as I mentioned before they got what looked to be a rather complex job finished in a short time and would definitely recommend this company again.

I had to reschedule and then cancel my first appointment as we thought we’d fixed the problem. Then, come Sunday morning we realized we had a mess on our hands. This company is affordable, reliable and great employees. In addition to already being affordable, no extra fees for weekend appointments! They were able to give me a same day appointment and for that we greatly appreciate them! I never take the time to write online reviews but for this company I had to because they deserve 5 stars! Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

I was reticent to even get a plumber to come out and look at the issues I was having - I thought it would cost me *quite* a bit more than it did and be a huge hassle on top of that.Alex, the service tech, was personable, professional and efficient. He was in and out in about 20 minutes and solved all the issues I was having. I was truly blown away at how simple it all was.Should I have any sort of plumbing issues in the future I'll definitely go back to Paul Bunyan Plumbing and I would highly recommend you do the same.
