Needed help with a broken pipe, Jake the plumber showed up promptly and fixed it quickly and well. Nice, knowledgable and courteous. Will definitely use this service again!!

There was an understandable delay in service due to the holiday weekend, but they made several phone calls to keep me updated and were apologetic. When they arrived they were professional, courteous and clean. Price is slightly higher than i would normally pay, but they don't up-charge for the holiday weekend unlike most other companies, so it was reasonable.

Extremely responsive and helpful customer service. I appreciate them showing me the cause of our plumbing issues and providing options during a stressful time. Very personable and patient with all my questions - would highly recommend!

Terrible! We explained our plumbing problem and scheduled a plumber. He arrived on time but couldn't repair the shower BUT said he would come back and bring the replacement parts and fix it. He came back AND DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING! But we were charged for 2 SERVICE CALLS! Absolutely ridiculous!

We had an issue with tree roots growing in our main sewer line, and water backing up into our shower and tub. We were able to schedule a next day appointment--our tech, Kyle, was on time, very friendly and helpful. He was able to auger out our main plumbing line quickly, and gave us some tips on how to prevent the issue in the future.

Floor Drain clogged. Scheduled and appointment online for the next day between 8 AM and 10 AM. Received email confirmation of appointment 15 minutes later.At 0730 AM on the day of the appointment received a phone call from RR, the service tech is on his way. Ten minutes later the service tech arrived (Art) and got to work. Thirty minutes later the clog was removed.Art answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. I was also experiencing a problem with my hot water heater; the pilot light would not remain lit and I was thinking of replacing the tank. Art suggested I replace the thermo coupler. I did so and the pilot light issue is resolved.Excellent service, on time, courteous and neat.

Our water heater went out I called around to a few places most of them were booked and the other ones couldn't come until later. Well we didn't want to wait to get hot water. I called Sabastian & Sons and he came right over free off charge. That was already a plus, he came and was very nice and professional he looked at the water heater and gave us our options without pressuring us, plus 2. We decided to have him fix the water heater he did a great job and charged us a reasonable rate. We will definitely use his services again. Hopefully not too soon though !

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
