Best Sewer Replacement in Minneapolis MN

Disappointed. I needed a new water heater. They would not give any sort of ballpark on expected cost for the installation over the phone. I had to pay for them to send a guy to give me an estimate. I felt he was more of a sales guy than anything. They quoted three levels of installation in good-better-best tiers. Their cheapest water heater package was 20% more than the other company I had gotten a quote from and their top tier that they suggested was around two times the cost. My main take away was make sure you quote multiple companies.

I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Classic sump pump emergency: lots of rain, our pump went out at 3am and we were going out of town the next day. Roto-Rooter was the first (and only of 4) plumbing companies to call us back and they did so by 7am with someone at our door to fix it 8am! He was honest, consulted us about our drainage issues, and even took away the second old pump that was still hanging around in our basement. I highly recommend them for any service needs, though I hope yours doesn't come at 3am!

Bradley arrived on short notice and took care of our sewage block quickly and efficiently… even suggested an online coupon for $75 off. Super nice and courteous guy.

We recently used Norblom for a bathroom remodel. Steve Morse acted as our contact person for this job and he was always responsive and helpful regarding any of our concerns. The job required 4 different sets of people (plumber, remodeling crew, tile-setter, and glass people). All of the people were professional, did excellent work, and were very friendly to interact with. When we ran into some small problems (as will always happen in this kind of job), Steve made sure that they were taken care of promptly. Great job!!

Adam arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called Bonfe. Sewer line cleaned out plus a secondary clog cleared. Awesome job for which we are very appreciative.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

They were on time and reasonably priced.Super professional. We have few pipes were clogged and they fixed them all within few hours. one of the pipe clogged for long time and we had three plumbing companies to try to fix it. Non of them be able to fix it and told us they will need to take down the wall and tried to charge us for than $500. Right Away Sewer and Drain Cleaning only took 15 mins to fix it and only charge for really cheap price since we had multiple clog.

Darius was very friendly and professional. Our heating system was malfunctioning, and he offered some options to sort it out. He was able to make the repairs same day. Thanks!
