Best Sewer Lines in Minneapolis MN

Called late morning and had a tech, Dan, at my house in less than two hours. Friendly and informative and quick. Fixed the problem while keeping me informed of every step.

I called early in the week to schedule a plumber to come to my house and fix a leak. The window was 12pm-1pm Friday the 22nd. They sent me an email the day of the appointment to confirm and I did so. I get to my house shortly before noon on the day of the appointment and wait for the plumber to show up. At 1 pm no one has shown up nor has anyone contacted me to tell me they would be late. I called and text shortly after 1 pm to find out if anyone is coming. No one answered the phone and about 20 minutes later I did get a text stating the plumber was running late and would not be there till after 2:30 pm. I am rather disappointed that I wasn't notified earlier that they would be late and could not make the scheduled time.
I realize that things happen and the appointments are made ahead of time based upon scheduled finishes and not everything goes as planned. What bothers me is that no one reached out to me before 1 P. M. to tell me that they would be late. You know at 12:30 that you will not make your 1P.M. appointment, you should have called or reached out to me before hand.

Edit: They followed up with me and took full responsibility for the lack of communication. I was impressed with their professionalism and wanting to fix the issue.

Tim did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and associated plumbing. I highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs.

Pablo was wonderful! I was so worried I would have to wait for days to get someone over for my main drain. I read a review on the Hamline-Midway FB page and decided to give him a call. He answered immediately and asked if it could wait till tomorrow or if he needed him Right Away. I said I needed help Right Away and he was at my home within 1.5 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a really nice guy!! Thank you for your prompt service...I will definitely tell others about Right Away and will call the next time I need something. Great pricing too!!

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Called in this morning, hoping to be able to schedule a plumber sometime this week and they sent Chris Winn out this morning who fixed it by noon. He did a great job explaining what my options were and doing the repair. Highly recommend this company.

All I can say is good things, Needed a capacitor for an AC unit. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

Did not appreciate his religious or political views that were not asked for

All I can say is WOW! Such amazing service and so professional. I came home to a leaking water heater and called Kal's Plumbing. They were out in 2 hours to measure for a new one and back 2 hours later installing. Very professional service and would highly recommend!

Had a quick visit with Austin. He arrived exactly on time and immediately identified the problem.
He didn't try to up-sell a solution but I asked to replace the whole toilet anyway just in case

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

I 100% recommend Janecky Plumbing. I had forgotten to shut off the water to my exterior spigot and was worried the line had frozen/potentially cracked. Nate came out and did some trouble shooting and determined the line had indeed frozen. Rather than just say wait until spring, Nate took the time to attempt to thaw out the pipe, drain the remaining water, check the system for any cracks, and then educate me (as a first time home owner) how to properly drain the system in the future so I didn't have the same problem.

Nate was able to get all of this done in under an hour and had a really reasonable fee. Obviously we all hope to not need emergency plumbing services but if I need them in the future, I will definitely use Janecky Plumbing again!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Came right away and sure the problem was fixed! 5/5 would call again! Thank you again Rick!
