TJK is always my first call for help in plumbing issues. I know they will do a great job. You may want to ask for Brad, but I think everyone that has helped me from TJK are most likely as superior in their field as Brad was on my project today.

They misdiagnosed my shower problem and their misdiagnosis cost me an additional $2000 of unneeded repairs.

I needed a diagnostic on some pressure drops in my water system, as well as a new water heater install. From the initial phone call to the end of the install, I felt that the process was painless and that all communication was honest and transparent regarding the work that might need to be done and what it might cost. Jaron & Tim showed up to do the diagnosis and install, were extremely pleasant to work with, clear in all communication, and understood the exact concerns I had with my plumbing problems. The work looks good after the fact, and Jaron suggested some things that may need to be looked at down the road, with a good faith estimate. I will not hesitate to call Erik Nelson Plumbing again, as I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend Service Star Plumbing. Nate, the owner is a good guy. He and his employee Josh, another good guy, spent about 7 hours at my house fixing up a variety of things in my older home. They did a great job. They were professional and personable. Would definitely use them again.

Yesterday I called Roto Pooper to come out and help me figure out how to deal with a fairly complex plumbing situation with my kitchen sink. After their guy gave me a quote for over a thousand dollars and told me they would have to ruin two of my cabinets in the process I called LeVahn Bros. Within a couple hours they sent Jerrry to my house. Jerry was extremely professional and an all around great guy to work with. He found an excellent solution to my problem that didn't involve cutting holes in my cabinets. On top of that, he was clean, very friendly, and the total bill was about 1/3 of what the other guys quoted. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jerry if he is available.

We had a back up in our basement drain! We called for service and within 30 minutes Dan showed up to our house! Dan was very knowledgeable and within 35 minutes of arrival, the problem was fix and he also explained what the problem was! He replaced our plug in the trap. Dan was also very aware of keeping our carpets cleaned and and very polite. The pricing was outstanding and I would highly recommend calling them for any sewer issues! An absolute top tier, knowledgeable, professional full service plumbing company. I have an old (100+ years) south Minneapolis house, that occasionally shows its age in many ways. In this chapter of “My Old House”it’s all about the main line out of the house, connecting to the city sewer system. Yes, the guys from General had to tell me the bad news that it needed major repair, but the professional way they handled and solved the problem was, truly, second to none.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
