Had a leak with more damage than initially noted, called Jeff on a Sunday, and he came and assessed the damage and worked with me over the next few weeks to ensure all was cleaned, restored and eventually repaired with a contractor. Very thorough, professional, kind, and hard working, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of damage and how to restore. I very much appreciated his attention to detail and his clear explanation of what to expect. Made a stressful experience much easier to deal with; greatly appreciate his and his team’s work!

Redid my center island and needed a plumber to re-install my faucets, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

JD and his associate Chris arrived promptly at our scheduled time. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They inspected our waterlines and told me that I did not need them to install frost-free spigots as our lawn irrigation guy had suggested. They gave me practical steps to resolve our outdoor water source issue. I felt like they were neighbors who just dropped by to be helpful. Neighborliness, integrity, kindness …. This is the second time we used Cutting Edge Sewer and Drain and was very satisfied both times. Chris came right away and fixed the clogged sewer drain very fast and for a very fair price. Had to edit this post because I asked Chris about a leaky pipe under our kitchen sink and he fixed it with no problem! Highly recommend Cutting Edge.

Excellent job, had rotor rooter come out and try to charge me $400 more for an assessment that was incorrect asking me to remove my toilet and he would charge me less. Guy’s came in and not only assessed the job correctly but was honest and reasonable. 100% would recommend and use again. Thanks!

I had a clog on new years day. They came out and got it fixed at a reasonable price. And then 2 days later the clog was back, I called them again and they came out within an hour and fixed it for good at no additional cost. Best service I have ever received.
