Best Repair Work in Minneapolis MN

They've worked on our plumbing four times. Always fast, friendly, efficient, and telling us what was going on the whole time. I highly recommend them!!!

I called to get a quote of ballpark figure to remove/install 2 toilets. I was told they don't give quotes but will charge me $59.50 to come and look. While they would put that towards the bill, but what if they're quote is high like some of their reviews show. I find it hard to believe they can't give a ballpark figure on something that should be routine for a plumber. I feel like them coming out and charging $59.50 for something that would take 10 minutes is a way to extort business! I hung up on them!

Wish we could give more than five stars. Fast, professional, thorough, responsive, and very nice people. We've used Jake and crew for two projects (leaky bathtub drain and replacing sewer stack) and would not hesitate to call again or recommend to friends.

Erik Nelson Plumbing recently completed a full re-pipe of my house. Adam and Simon were excellent throughout the full process, providing a transparent range of options to choose from. ENP was able to fit me into a tight schedule and worked diligently while here. Even with discovering and fixing an additional issue the work came in at the low end of the estimate. Norblom was the first plumber I called. Jim was friendly, professional, and very helpful on the phone. He gave me a decent idea of what to expect for the repairs I might need based on my novice description of the symptoms. He also provided what turned out to be a pretty spot on range of what I should be prepared to spend (of which they actually came in on the low end of the range.) Being a pragmatic person, I called some other plumbers, because I did not want to just go with the first place I talked to. what a waste of time that was! No one else even came close to how courteous and helpful Jim at Norblom was. So I called Norblom back to book service and I got a different person on the phone. She was also very helpful and friendly and when I told her I had talked to someone else earlier she got me back on the phone with Jim. I was able to get someone out to our house in 3 days, which was great as the pipe repair was not necessarily an emergency but something I wanted fixed asap.
The plumber, Alex, was on time, very friendly, and did a wonderful job figuring out the issue and getting to right to work. I had done some prep work to control the dust in our finished basement as I knew they would have to break up the cement floor. Alex appreciated that I had done that work myself and saved him the time and trouble of controlling the dust/mess.
Alex explained the issues very well and gave me options without being pushy or trying to upsell product or services to pad the bill. He listened to my requests and followed through with great service and an excellent attitude.
The cherry on top is he finished with time to spare! He was scheduled to be at my house all day but finished in about 4 house even tho he had to go out for a part because my 1940’s house had an irregular sized pipe (time was deducted from my bill). When he was almost ready to leave, I pulled the ol’ by the way could you look at something else? Certainly frustrating for any service person! He was consistent with his professional and courteous manner and said no problem, let’s take a look.
We were not getting adequate pressure when running hot water in the shower. He was very knowledgeable of the fixtures and was able to disassemble and troubleshoot the issue and quickly find the problem. I should mention, I have had other people tell me to save money I should just to replace the fixtures myself. I am glad I didn’t do that myself because the fixtures were actually fine and the obstruction was in the hot water line before the fixture. My wife now has sufficient water pressure in her shower and somehow I came to be the hero… Alex should get all of the credit but I’ll take what I can get. Thanks again, Alex!

I had an awesome experience with Erickson Plumbing! I needed a water shut-off valve replaced before installing a new washing machine. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the automatic email and text reminders. The day-of reminder even included a picture of my technician so I’d know who’s coming.

Brent arrived on time, was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Since he was here, he suggested he replace two valves since the 2nd one was okay, but would need to be replaced at some point and that would save me a future service call/fee. He showed me what he was doing and quickly finished the job.

The service was excellent, and all was explained well. There was no issue in me watching the furnace check, which I appreciate. I like to know what a service tune-up looks like, and get tips for good maintenance. I thought the package program a real deal compared to Xcel and Centre Point

Pablo was fantastic. He came on a Saturday and unclogged my drain very quickly. I had already had a large plumbing chain out earlier in the week and could get it unclogged. Pablo got it working in under 10 minutes after starting. And he charged me under half what the large chain did that couldn’t get it working. Thank you!!!

Carlos & Company! They should be the new show for MSP Plumbing & Heating. They came in, had a plan, let me know what they were going to do, and they delivered what they preached and THEN some! They were fast and efficient. I left them alone to do what they do and I could hear the comraderie and the jokes and they each complimented what they were there to do. They were a well led team and dotted all the i's and crossed the t's. They even removed a tripping hazard for us that I had disliked.I have always loved the way MSP treated my wife and I since we installed our water heater in 2020, our water softener in 2021, and now our *NEW High Efficiency Furnace in 2023... I don't know if there is anything else they can fix for me but if I need anything I will be calling them first!!Btw I hate leaving reviews but for Carlos and Company and MSP I will this third time.

Joe and Kelli were AMAZING at getting out to our house right away to unclog a toilet that our 7 year old had clogged. They are both amazing people and so is their company!
