I had a fairly urgent leak in a pipe from my boiler to a radiator. Jake himself came to my house the same day I called and repaired the leak quickly and corrected a previously bad installation. He explained everything so I could understand the issue, what was needed to correct it and also gave me many tips on maintenance. He was professional and thorough. Setting up our service was very simple, however, we did end up having to reschedule or service to the following day due to all available technicians being busy. The company was in constant contact about it though, and as the day continued to drag on, the decision was made to reschedule.Our technician, Trent, arrived and right away you could tell he knew what he was doing. He as a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, and he made sure to go over all costs and fees before starting the job, to make sure we were alright with it all.All-in-all, great service and would use again.

I tried to fix a shower valve myself and messed it up. I called Twin Cities Discount Rooter at 9:15 pm and they sent someone out the next day. John arrived at 9:00 am and fixed the valve in no time. John was very professional and good natured and didn’t make me feel bad for attempting to fix it myself. I would 100% use this company again and request John. He fixed it quickly and charged a fair price. The whole process from the initial call to the finished job is top notch.

I recently got a new toilet and Jerry came to the rescue to remove my old toilet and install the new! He was professional, friendly, and so fun. Derek responded to my need for the kitchen sink. He was cordial and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. He said it may take up to an hour to snake the kitchen drain but he was done sooner. Clean up and care to the area. I was fortunate to have a coupon applied to the cost. He also checked the bathroom sink drain but he felt it appeared just the way it should. He didn't snake that but did his examination to it. He did not hurry through any of this. We have used Roto Rooter in the past and always call them when needed.

I had my sewer pipe lined by Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer and Water. The experience was made as painless as possible. Kevin and the rest of the team were very responsive and communicated throughout the process. As the work was being done, the crew were very detailed and were certain to respect our space and time. They even took care to wear gloves and take off their shoes so as to not track in dirt or mark the walls etc. The work was completed in a very professional manner and I was able to view the work on a camera with the city inspector following the completion of the liner to assure everything looked correct. I would recommend this service to anyone needing it done.
