Erik Nelson plumbing has been an exceptional service. I’ve used them regularly for the past five years while owning a home in seward. I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I should have asked for prices ahead of time. $457 for unclogging a single drain which took less than an hour is a crime. Shame on me for thinking Roto-Rooter would charge typical per hour plumber prices rather than leveraging name recognition to gouge customers. I will say that my experience with the plumber himself was very good, but I learned my lesson and will be shopping for other providers next time based on upfront cost estimates.

Earlier this summer I had a plumbing issue that impacted both units of a duplex where there was a leak from one toilet in the upper unit into the bathroom of the lower. Norblom sent one plumber to look at and diagnose the issue with a 4-hour timeslot allotted to the fix. This plumber didn't even remove the 2' x 2' board we had screwed to the ceiling to investigate the issue, which I know because the small beads of caulk were still in tact on the the side of the board. He just said we need to fully remodel the bathroom. I also needed the kitchen faucet fixed, which he didn't do either. I then met with an estimator to review the project and never received the estimate. All of this cost me over $200 for nothing and wasted valuable time (which they overcharged on time and never gave me a return - confirmed by the manager). I understand the conditions of the bathrooms were not 100% perfect, so I decided to call a competent plumber (Rascher Plumbing --> A+++!) and they came out, repaired the floor, fixed the toilet, fixed the kitchen all within a 4-hour timeslot. Do yourself a favor and save some time and money by using a different plumber.

Greg Isaak was a great salesman, estimate seemed very fair and we had a good time doing it. Lamar Hubbard installed the system (with the help of another guy, forgot his name though), and they was super courteous and helpful. We have an old house and they worked out a logical system to keep us cool.

Service was excellent. Michael, who came out to our house, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained all of the options we had available and didn’t push the most expensive packages. I will definitely be calling them again for any future heating/cooling, plumbing or electrical needs!

Lucas was great!Called in for a service visit to check main ac that stopped cooling and they were able to schedule a visit later in day. Lucas was very professional, explained what the process was, asked if I wanted our 2nd ac checked, and I'm glad I said yes. Main AC capacitor was shot and needed refrigerant, 2nd unit's capacitor was about gone and fan moter was leaking oil. Not only did Lucas explain everything, he went over options for repair and replacement. Elected for repair and even with it being 4pm, he went to get the parts and had both units back up by 9pm.Excellent customer service!

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
