This team excelled in getting the job done quickly, solidifying my confidence in them, and increasing my knowledge of my house. When I comparison shopped, Roto-Rooter had fair prices--and I liked that they charged one price for the project, not by the hour. Josh did a great job judging the situation and thoroughly cleaning our main drain. Josh routinely informed me what was going on (when he wasn't satisfied with the results of one flush, he cleaned the main drain a second time--included in the first price quote), and he mentioned other services that came free with the project cost. While he was here, Chad came by to inspect for water damage, and he clearly identified what was prior damage, what was new, and how to resolve that problem--this was included in the project price. Then manager Rob stopped in to verify that all was as it should be. The next day, Jeff arrived to inspect the prior day's work and invited me to watch the video feed as he inserted a See Snake down each drain to ensure all was done properly and to explain what future work might be done to improve the quality of my pipes--also included in the project price. I am grateful to SEE that my pipes are cleaned out (I didn't know that was a thing!), to see what shape my pipes are in, and to know what kind of services I could budget for in the future. All four men were incredibly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Roto-Rooter's dispatch team was great too, helping their team flex around my scheduling needs. When I count up the hours spent, I realize the paid-by-the-hour company would have cost significantly more. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

I had a pin hole leak in my copper pipe that comes out of my hot water heater. The plumber replaced 4 feet of copper tubing that took 45 minutes to do the job. It cost me 650 dollars. I will not be using Roto-Rooter again. I felt ripped off.

Jake came to install our toilet. He was polite, professional, and clean. He did a wonderful job. The company was very professional and responsive and provided all the information we needed to know.

Erickson's price was half the price of a well-known competitor. Our water heater started leaking the day before a 2-week vacation. While they couldn't replace it the same day, they came into our house and installed the new water heater and removed the old one. The new water heater is great! They kept in touch and updated us. Very friendly staff.
Our circuit breaker apparently wasn't working correctly when the new water heater was installed. The Erickson's technician called an electrician to correct the problem and didn't charge us because we had a lot going on in our lives and he thought we didn't need any more stress. What a great company - not many places would do that! I'm glad we hired them and I would hire them again. Five stars! I'd give them more if that were an option.

I needed a gas pipe fixed. The came the same day after I called many places. I was recommended by my community and I would highly recommend them too. Amazing costumer services. Pablo was very efficient and easy to schedule with. He solved our drain problems which was such a relief. His rates are reasonable and he is skilled and knowledgeable. We will be using him for main line cleaning this spring.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Chris did a great job on his service visit to our house to check our furnace! He quickly found the issue, and he also fixed it quickly. Everything was covered under our warranty, which was also nice.

He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.
