Decent work, poor accountability. Mistakes were made that required just a bit more communication or attention to detail. Unfortunately this required return trips to fix and they were not available or willing to make themselves available to make up for this, even after politely explaining our frustration. I expected more from a plumber that costs $200 per hour.

Contacted them through their website and all prearrival communications were via email. They gave me an accurate quote off the pictures and requests I emailed them. The tech was on time and was able to complete all the tasks. The tech even was able to get the laundry faucet to mount properly to the sink. Looked like it had never been mounted before that.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We got a quote to fix our AC. They said the cheapest option was $1900. Then they tried to sell us a new AC and furnace for around $20,000. We got a second opinion and got it fixed in one hour for $400!! Look at yelp and the better business bureau for more accurate reviews.

Mike was able to get the City of Edina to come out and replace a meter which was badly rusted and leaking. City wouldn't even talk to me. When they did come, promptly the next day, they did the replacement in five minutes. I give Mike credit for that, and also for being a most courteous worker.

Matt was knowledgeable and appeared to know his work. He was pleasant and appeared to have done a thorough and good job. Based on my experience, I would work with Matt, again.
