Brandon and Stu came out for a same day water heater install. Both were very friendly, helpful, and clean. The work was done quickly and professionally. Price was almost exactly what was quoted even though extra work had to be done to bring the system to code. Would definitely use this company again.

We had an urgent situation with our kitchen sink and someone was here within the hour. The work seemed thorough and the service was professional.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

John is the absolute best. He helped us with a leak in our well water system on a Saturday after we had multiple people unsure if they could fix it. He went above and beyond at another job getting on the roof to repair pipe venting that was causing a different leak in our basement. He is kind, experienced and unbelievably knowledgeable. Sent in an Email request and got almost an immediate response.Pablo was personable, polite, prompt, pleasing, and perfect in fixing our drain issue and explaining what was going on. Great value, great service. Would highly recommend.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

We had Genz Ryan come out to look and service our water heater. John was great! He did a through look over, and found out what was causing our issue. The replacement part came in super quickly, and when it did he was out the next day to install it. Everything has been resolved, and we'd highly recommend John @ Genz Ryan!

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. Still upset after a weeks time has passed with my experience with Matt’s Plumbing. Two guys were at my home for no more than 10 minutes. What they did was replace a fitting on a hose going to my washing machine. Cost... $395.00
I thought I was getting ripped off and the more people I tell about it... I know I was totally ripped off! I will never do business with these people and I am telling everyone I know!

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Prompt service..went back for parts.
