Our kitchen sink started to break away on one side from its mounting and adhesive seal. They were able to send Kurt the next day. He was able to diagnose a couple of leaks as well and recommend options to repair it all in this one visit. He was professional and explained details well. He even created wooden supports attached to the cabinet to insure the sink would hold. I have used TJK plumbing twice now and have received excellent service with fair pricing. I would highly recommend them for plumbing services.

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!

I called for service on a Saturday morning and they gave me a two-hour arrival window starting with the time of my call! Others had quoted me times for the following Monday. The service tech was friendly, professional, and explained every step. He finished the job quickly and then gave me some tips to help prevent future problems. He was very careful with carpet, cleaned up, and covered his equipment in and out of the basement. I was very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.

We had our main pipe back up that runs out to the street. We called Roto-Rooter and explained the situation to them. They said they would send a tech out as soon as they could. The tech arrived within a couple hours; Brian #936 was courteous and professional. He used some large equipment to first try and remove the clog. After successfully breaking up the blockage he ran the line through a couple more times to clean out the pipes. All in all, a good service.

Overall a great experience with Ron the Sewer Rat. I had an easy time scheduling something fast, everyone was incredibly polite I interacted with, my serviceman was very helpful and explained everything he did so I knew what the problem fully was, and it was very reasonably priced! Very kind and professional service from Andrew. I had accidentally flushed something down the toilet. Andrew explained the two options for retrieving it and worked to make the less expensive option work. The price felt high but we didn’t shop around first. Same day service was nice.
