We had a leak in our metering horn that took a couple days to discover, damaging some of our carpet. When we did, we contacted TJK and they sent Brad to fix our problem. Brad was prompt, courteous, professional, and did great work.
I wish I could say the same about the City of Maple Grove as our main gate valve is worn and needs replacement. However the city decided not to answer our calls to shut off our water service so the main valve couldn't be repaired.

Our plumber, David N., was courteous, friendly and on time. He explained the procedure to me and was tidy. The company was quick to respond despite it being a Sunday.

We've had Bonfe service our home for over two years now. Each time a tech comes out, we have a great experience. They're up front with cost and not pushy. Hands down 5 stars! This company has amazing customer service! I sent a message and within minutes I got a call back. They had a technician at my house within the hour he found the problem in mins. I wanted to move forward with getting a new waterheater and was surprised they did it the same day. From start to finish was about 3hrs and I was back up and running. Highly recommend!

Brad arrived for what was supposed to be a toilet replacement in addition to replacing existing pipes to fix a toilet leak. He discovered that the only thing that needed replacing was the wax ring under the toilet, and was able to resolve the issue without needing to do any additional work on the pipes. Really appreciated his honesty in doing only what needed to be done, and also appreciated the money he saved us!

Christmas Eve and our shower backed up completely. We called around and thought we would be out of luck for the holiday weekend.Then Roto-Rooter answered and said they could have someone out in a couple of hours. There was no additional fee, even though It was the evening of Christmas Eve- that was a nice surprise, as we expected anyone open would have an extra charge given the day and time.Andrew arrived and was very professional. He resolved our clogging issue quickly. He made suggestions on updating the pipe work in the future to help with the flow of water. And also recommended pipe shield to help prevent grease/grime from building up over time.He also left everything as he found it- made sure to clean up his work space, which I so appreciate from anyone who enters our home for repairs or work.Great customer service- would definitely recommend this company. Seriously AWESOME. I had been dealing with a severely clogged kitchen sink for several days (it started on Thanksgiving). I called them around 1pm the Sunday following Thanksgiving and the plumber was here by 3:30pm. He was in and out in about an hour and a half and everything is working great now. He was super knowledgeable, incredibly nice and very patient listening to and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Fixed a leak under my sink and a drippy faucet. Super quick, polite, and clear about what he was doing. Definitely trust and recomend. They have coupons on occasion too, which is great!
