I needed a new water heater due to the manner in which the old was vented so upon furnace replacement the old would not continue to vent. The installer was on time, professional and was efficient and completed the work leaving it looking great. The installer also remembered doing additional work in the house 7 years ago. Very impressive that your team remembers houses and home owners. I have always enjoyed working with Norblom and was pleased when I found out it was Norblom that was contracted by Standard Heating for the heater.

I have been having a nightmare of a job with my plumbing (we hired a non reputable and turns out non licensed plumber), and although it was a small job, they did a fantastic and quick job getting me taken care of and fixing the mess that was left. I woke up one morning last week flushed the toilet and water seeped out from under the toilet. I called around and got nothing but voicemails. Then I contacted Matt’s. They had someone out within the hour and it was determined that my main line was clogged. A couple ours later they came back with the big equipment and had the line not only cleaned and jetted. They also did a camera inspection to ensure there wasn’t a more serious problem. The line looked fine. The front office scheduling was awesome and their techs were kind, knowledgeable and punctual. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

Mike is great. We have had him work on a few projects, and he never disappoints. He does fantastic work, and I will continue to use his plumbing services in the future! I am so happy with everything that he has done. He is a true professional.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
