Our water heater went out and created an indoor pool in our basement. Called Norblom Plumbing for help. I was explained the costs involved how they bill and water heater options. However the earliest they could do was later the following afternoon. Which was fine as t was short notice. Even shorter notice was a call back from Norblom about a cancellation and they would be over in 45 minutes. That worked great. The serviceman was courtious, explained the costs again. I needed another valve and repipe. He explained theadded time and materials bill . He answered all my questions relating to the project and an unrelated water softener issue. Will definitely call on Nrblom for any future plumbing work.

Nick was very professional and fast. He solved all the issues in a timely manner and kept me informed of a the work that he was doing. No surprises on the bill as the cost was discussed right up front. Very pleased with their work.

JD is an honest, talented and extremely hard working plumber. He has performed work for me a number of times as well as for my parents and in-laws. Everything he has done has been top-notch work and we have all been more than satisfied with the results.

Some of the work he has done for us include; hot water heater, water softener, indoor/outdoor faucets, plumbing replacement, leaks, laundry/dryer duct work, and laundry tub replacement.

Typically when you see so many 5 star reviews, you start to wonder…but these guys live up to their review status and then some! A month ago, our 3 year old water heater began to fail. Because they no longer sell that brand of water heater in MN, getting warranty work was impossible. We called every where for quotes and had estimates close to $4500 to replace. My final call was to Austin with Street Plumbing. They should have been my first call (and will be from now on!). Within a day of me receiving insurance payout for it, Austin had me on the schedule. The next day, Jason and Nate arrived to install. And in an hour and half, our new water heater was in and running! I didn’t talk much to Nate, but Jason really was extremely knowledgeable and even provided me with future tips on how avoid having the water heater fail again. Everyone I interacted with from beginning to end was amazing. 10 out of 10 I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

We needed to have our gas dryer hooked up so we called Mr. Rooter. Tina came out the next day and did a great job! While she was here she asked if we had any other issues we wanted her to look at. We told her about a small leak from our toilet. She didn't have one of the needed parts with her but came back the very next day and went over and beyond to get everything fixed correctly. Tina was professional, courteous, respectful and did an awesome job! We will definitely hire her and Mr. Rooter again if we need any plumbing!!!! We highly recommend!
