I called Roto Footer for a clogged drain in our laundry room. The receptionist was able to schedule a same day service. I received a call before the tech arrived to our home. Al was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleared the drained pretty quick and cleaned up after himself. He made sure the clog was gone as well. Al gave us some advice on what to look for as homeowners to prevent costly repairs in the future. Overall, we are pleased with the service.

Very very disappointed.. I had them come over to clean the main line. Within 3 weeks it got clogged again and they said they’ll charge me if I have them come over again.
I understand that it didn’t have warranty but you would expect the slightest level of professionalism that would have integrity to come over and re do it if the job wasn’t done right the first time.

I called for services to replace a bathtub faucet. He was very friendly and willing to come in the same day. He advised me of the $89.99 estimate fee but also told me if I'd hired him to do the job, that would be deducted from the total cost. He was very honest and of course he did the job and I must add, he did great job. I can see how it is hard to pay for estimate, but he took the time to come all the way to my home to check what it was wrong with my faucet and it seems fair that if I just wasted his time then to pay him for coming. If you ARE serious about hiring this company's services, then you should not have any issues with the estimate's fee. It is all reimbursable once you hire them. I highly recommend them. Trust worthy, conscious and honest.

I recently returned home from a trip out west for a family wedding and discovered I had no hot water. My husband turned off the water before we left town so I knew to turn the water back on, but soon realized I had no HOT water. Our main drain backed up on a Sunday afternoon. After a short attempt to solve it myself I knew it was beyond my abilities. I knew it was going to be expensive and I understand why some people have sticker shock. However they had a technician out within 30 minutes of my call. The technician, Aleister was very friendly and professional. He had the problem diagnosed very quickly and had the clog cleared in about half an hour. Because we hadn't lived in the house for very long and being a DIYer, I had a lot of questions. Aleister was patient with me and very knowledgable and seemed happy to talk through the plumbing and give us tips for keeping things working. When you consider the prompt service and problem solved on a weekend along with Aliester's professional friendly attitude, I think price seems in line with the value.
