Look no further. This guy and his team are amazing! We were dealing with an issue while trying to sell our home and Jake came out that day (after hours) to help us take care of what we needed! He then patiently explained the issue and potential concerns in layman's terms and offered multiple solutions and gave exact pricing! He was comprehensive and we felt assured the issue was put to rest but he didn't do anything that felt unnecessary and there were no surprise costs. We were lucky enough to get Jake himself and he is clearly very knowledgeable and competent so we could rest easy! He has been added to permanent contacts as I cannot imagine every going to anyone else!

The professional that came was very polite, answered all of our questions, was quick, efficient, and solved our problem with our floor drain! Will use roto-rooter again and will be recommending them!

I needed a new water heater due to the manner in which the old was vented so upon furnace replacement the old would not continue to vent. The installer was on time, professional and was efficient and completed the work leaving it looking great. The installer also remembered doing additional work in the house 7 years ago. Very impressive that your team remembers houses and home owners. I have always enjoyed working with Norblom and was pleased when I found out it was Norblom that was contracted by Standard Heating for the heater.
I would recommend your company anytime.

Only gave four stars out of five as I haven't observed the utility tub drain from being filled by the water softener overflow. Hopefully the pitch is enough to avoid. Other than that looks good. Plumber observed predicament and initiated work the next day.

Right Away Sewer and Drain Cleaning will continue to get our business whenever we have an issue with our drains and pipes. They not only do a great job, but are very prompt to respond and accommodate for fast service. Highly recommend and the other reviews will say the same.

Sergey was wonderful. He efficiently unclothed the sink, showed me the problem and with product and a drain program that saved me so much it paid for itself already. You guys always send the best people. I will continue to use all your services. Less often would be nice. Lol

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

Oliva was great in representing GZ Ryan. She educated me on all the aspects of my new system as well as replaced filters and tuned it up. Give her a raise on being so courtesy and going beyond the call of duty. I will definently call GZ again if all techs are like this.
