Dean came out, evaluated the problem, spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait. He took the time to go back to get the necessary repair supplies and returned to fix everything. We have recently moved and found that many services come out, say they weren't scheduled for the amount of time it would take to handle the problem, and make us make another appointment - we've been waiting for a cable install for a month now! Dean was great! He took the time, handled all issues, and explained everything. Highly recommended!

Hired for my elderly aunt, expensive and not impressed.

Our A/C decided to go on hiatus during the hottest days of July— so we called Bonfe. Jason was prompt and professional and was able to quickly/efficiently diagnose and fix the problem on our dinosaur unit. It can be intimidating as a woman to handle service calls, but Jason was absolutely wonderful and made me feel super comfortable. I would recommend Jason at Bonfe to anyone.

On time and well done

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Had well pulled, great job done

Used Kelly plumbing to install a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. Might have tried to do it myself, but our sink had never had one before. Steven was on time and installed the disposal in about an hour. Would definitely use Kelly Plumbing again in the future.

Very impressed! Nick came out and was courteous and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why. The cost for unclogging the drain was exactly what I was quoted before he came out. Would definitely recommend!

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

I contacted this place just to get an estimate on installing a humidifier. Although I did not go with their bid, (I still don't have one installed), they still gave me a free AC inspection. Nate, our technician, was very friendly, very conscientious about wearing a mask and putting on shoe coverings, and very knowledgeable about the job he was performing. He replaced my air filter for my furnace for me when he saw that our current one was caked with dust (even though I had my vents and ducts supposably cleaned 8 months ago). He wrapped my air conditioner line even though I just had a new air conditioner installed 2 months ago and that company failed to complete their job properly. I will definitely be calling home works again in a couple months to have my in line humidifier installed. Thank you Home Works, thank you Nate, thank you woman in the office that scheduled my appointment and kept me informed when I had questions.Kathyp.s. After I contacted them, they let me know what time they'd be to the house in a window of time and called and texted me with who would arrive.I was frustrated that the coupon for the water heater was for a certain price, way lower than others. I felt it was a bait and switch and let them know I was not happy about the low price and switch to match others I had quotes for. They did match the quote that I had with the warranty, permits, and removal of the old water heater.The work that was done, was very professional and all questions asked, were answered. They left the area they worked in a very clean and everything was very good.All copper, valves and exhaust piping was replaced and looks very good.
