Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

The job involved setting up a laundry tub with drain and supply lines, running water lines to an unfinished bathroom, and waste line for future vanity sink. Dan and Ben gave me different options for the job with clear explanations. They had a can do attitude. Their price was much better than another plumber I had a quote from. Both Dan and Ben were pleasant and easy to talk to.

I needed to replace my shower cartridge that was broken in half and one half was stuck into the shower handle. Initially brought the broken handle to Home Depot where their two experts tried to get a screw out of the handle for 2 hours. Eventually they decided that the easiest way to disassemble the handle would be to break it, which they were trying to do for another 15 min, unsuccessfully, thanks God. Today I went to LeVahn Bros. Their associate Chris took the screw out in 5 minutes, then found a replacement screw, and charged me $3. Thank you Chris! What a pleasure to watch real professional who knows what he is doing. Thank you LeVahn Bros!!! Excellent service, I'm your customer forever!

Called for their service to get help with updating a valve and to help install a new dishwasher. They did a great job. Will be calling them for all things plumbing related.
