I agree with most of the comments on the over charged for the work from MN Plumbing and Heating. I'd similar experienced, which a leak on one of the bathroom copper pipe that requires attention. Then contacted MPH for the first time. Jeff was the tech who turned up the next morning. He had suggested I'll need the copper pipe replaced to fix the problem, since he'd noticed the main water valve was shut off at that time. Then, he shows me the quote $741 price tag. He then further explained the complications of the work to be done, which kind of a sales tactic in my opinion. Due to zero knowledge in plumbing and was presented with not much of an option, I agreed to proceed. By the way, I was even more surprised when the job was completed in an hour.

All said and done I'd shared my experienced with friends and through asking around all of them concluded that I'd over paid for the service.

I am changing the review to 4 after received a follow up call from Bob at MPH office, which we both workout through the situation with the payment disagreement. I would have gave it a 5, if the service guy could have worked with me on an agreeable payment term.

Great precessionalism. Calls for scheduling and appointment reminder was great, Alan was very thorough and professional while evaluating our plumbing issues. Very thankful!

We were required to replace an electrical panel 2 weeks prior to closing and after contacting over 5 places, no one was interested in doing the job.
We contacted Erickson and not only were they willing to do the job, they were able to do it within days! Price and customer service was great!
Will definitely contact them again if we have any repairs in the future

Ryan was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Though the news on the tune up of our furnace was not ideal (turns out we will need a new one this fall due to multiple cracks and rust noted in the inspection), when Ryan delivered the news it was clear he cared and went the extra mile to make sure I understood what he found and the risks associated with it. He showed me photos he took with special equipment that allowed him to see various parts of the furnace. He took time to answer all my questions and helped me set up another appointment to talk about our options for repairs or replacement of our furnace. He also told me about a program they offer that would help us in the future and includes discounts on new equipment if/when needed. I would highly recommended standard heating and if Ryan is sent on your call, I am confident you will receive excellent service!

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Jeff Kissner with HomeWorks showed up to my house to inspect an issue I was having with my water heater. I knew it was going to need replacement considering it was 14 years old and leaking. After Jeff and I went through our options we made a decision and Jeff even went out of his way to get me some money off of the installation cost which was huge for me. The work was quality and done in a very timely manner. If I ever need any other heating, plumbing, or ac issues in the future I will be calling HomeWorks and requesting Jeff again. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Took his time evaluating various plumbing issues and gave solid recommendations. I look forward to having him return to do the work. Fixed one issue with low water pressure from bathroom faucets while here at no additional charge.

Andrew was amazing, courteous, intelligent and patient. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything, making sure I understood the details of what he was doing. He presented a very good detail of what I may need to have done down the road. I feel better knowing that good human being like him are out there helping us all daily. Maintenance check up on 1yr. old new furnace. Thought I had filter issues. Ben went over the whole furnace. Recommended a filter & explained my very old duct work in detail, I'm very relieved. I've been a MSP customer for many yrs.

Phenomenal plumber, did a great job at a fair price. Extremely happy with the service and the quality of work and would highly recommend. I will be using Paul for all my plumbing needs.

We had the unfortunate experience of a kitchen plumbing leak this past winter. Luckily, Andrew with Janecky Plumbing was able to quickly repair our leaking valves and replace the needed faucet. He is always professional, timely and does quality work. We will rely on Janecky in the future for all of our plumbing needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Dean’s did a plumbing inspection and water heater flush. Ben still a good job and was very personable. Answered all my questions.
Only 4 stars because I was under the impression they were doing a main drain inspection too, but found that is a different service request.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
