Great experience with getting our furnace fixed. They were very responsive when scheduling an appointment. I used their online appointment tool and received a call within minutes to confirm an available time slot. When the technician was on his way the next day, I received a text (and email) including his name and picture. He greeted me and was very upfront and honest about the inspection and repair process. He quickly identified the issue and came up with an estimate to fix the problem at hand as well as few estimates including other optional service and replacement options for other components as well. He was very clear about which component was the root cause and needed fixing and which other components were aging and could use replacement as well but were optional. I opted for just replacing the broken component and was not met with a poor attitude or pushy sales tactics about my choice. The repair was done shortly after reviewing the estimate and our furnace was back in action. One other thing I really liked was their entire estimate and billing process is done electronically on a tablet. After paying I immediately received an email with a copy of my invoice and the original estimates. Very polite and straight forward process overall, would definitely call them again.

Super happy we went with these guys. They came highly recommended by Tim from Ron the Sewer Rat. We called them this morning, left a message, and they got back to us within the next hour. They were at our house by 1:15. Super nice guys. Didn't get their names. But they got right to work. The price to fix what needed to be fixed was very fair. If there's ever something that I cannot do myself, I'm calling them!

Tom came in and went through our new home with a fine tooth comb. We wanted to know what the issues were in our home so we could address and fix so it would not be a surprise down the road. Good thing we did. The age of the home and all the things, the house inspector, before we bought, missed, ( like the sewer pipe held up with a bicycle tire and the one sewer pipe - sorry don't know the name - that should be installed vertically but the homeowner , who thought he could fix anything but really knew nothing,- installed it horizontally) we now are able to know and address on our timetable and pocketbook. He was knowledgeable, patient when explaining and kind. Usually technicians are so rushed, they are gone before you know they were here. This service was also complimentary on the plan we are on. Trust Bonfe. In my opinion they are the best. I will use no other.Update: Still using Bonfe. Today Andrew came out for electrical work. He was thorough with his assessment and work. He was also very personable. I'm not sure sure where Bonfe finds it's technicians, but A++!

Good service, got me taken care of quickly.
May not have been least expensive. And had to come back next day to do the job. Not the correct ductwork on the truck first time. But the guys were a pleasure to deal with. The office gal took care of the permit so the city would have all the correct paperwork for my rental inspection.

Greg was on time and clearly communicated what would be involved in moving our AC unit.

Called at 10am. The plumber showed up at noon sharp and my sink was fixed by 12:15.

Chris did a great job on his service visit to our house to check our furnace! He quickly found the issue, and he also fixed it quickly. Everything was covered under our warranty, which was also nice.

Laynee Connell is the first female plumber I have met. As a person, she is very pleasant, articulate, polite and helpful. As a plumber, she is knowledgeable, a fast worker and did an excellent job. She did a whole-house inspection for me and gave me several suggestions on things that will make my life easier and keep my plumbing safe! I will definitely request her in the future!

I would recommend this business 10 times out of 10. I was able to call on a holiday weekend and actually get a response. I resolved the immediate issue myself but created another one in the process. JD Plumbing sent out a man (Chris) who was knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. Above all they fixed It all like new at a price I could not argue about. Thank you JD Plumbing!!

Scheduled our A/C unit for a maintenance tune-up since we hadn't checked it since we moved in a couple of years ago. They were great about communicating and changing the time when we needed to do that. They called 30minutes prior to arrival as they said they would and were exactly on time. The tech was very nice and explained things I asked him about. He offered the maintenance plan in a very easy going fashion and didn't feel pressured to get it. I was planning on getting something anyway so I signed up for the annual A/C & furnace maintenance plan. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend highly!Still using them couple of years later for bi-annual service - furnace tune-up and AC tune-up. Friendly service on the phone and from the tech as well. Still happy with them.Still using them many years later! Our tech this time was young but very professional and courteous and knowledgeable.

Easy to schedule, and service visits for furnace tune up and water heater check was great. Matt and Nick were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. On the respective appointments, each walked through results clearly and thoroughly answered my questions. Highly recommended.

I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

Had an HVAC and AC evaluation.
Brandon was great, explained what he was checking for. All is well, good piece of mind to have a functioning system in fine shape.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
