Absolutely loved the service. Other plumbing services were quoting at least double the price with 2 days wait time. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating sent out someone within 2 hours and did the job for half the price. I definitely recommend them and will be using their services for future plumbing needs

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Last month, my AC was leaking badly & I was in a real bind. I called Standard Heating & AC because I heard they are a company you can trust.Following a thorough inspection of my unit, the SH team confirmed that equipment needed to be replaced. I scheduled a follow up & met with a sales rep later that week.When Rich arrived at my home, he was already familiar with the results of the inspection & the nature of my existing equipment. After a quick tour to locate vents & estimate square footage, we sat down and Rich opened his notebook.He walked me through all of my options, taking into consideration initial capital outlay, total lifetime cost & estimated payback period.Then he put down his notes and shot me straight.“You don’t need to do much to fix the AC. Your existing furnace is older, but extremely reliable and will last you at least 10-15 more years. The technology on our newer equipment is great, but the footprint of your home isn’t significant enough to justify the cost. If I were you, I would stick with what you have and just replace the coil.”I considered my options & called back a couple days later to finalize. I went with Rich’s advice. Installation was quick, easy & I saved a lot of money. The AC is working great & I love coming home to a cool and comfortable house.Big thank you to the Standard Heating & AC team. You did an outstanding job.

I would give a 10 if I could! We had to have wall hung toilets in our condo, our first plumber was out of his league. we suffered for 2 years with barely functioning toilets. When Hovde came on the job, they had the problem solved immediately, even though it was tricky and difficult. And Sue is the most wonderful manager ever! She tolerated my frustration that was actually directed at prior plumbers, laughed with me, and got it done with grace and efficiency. USE THIS COMPANY! You will be very happy!

Nate was great in helping get our shower back up and running. Very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after himself before he left. Will call again if I ever need more plumbing repairs.

We had two gas leaks in our pipes in the basement that Xcel Energy found. They shut off our gas so we felt urgent in finding someone to help and didn’t know what we were in for. After two companies didn’t want to take on the liability of fixing our gas pipes, Peter from MSP showed up quickly and inspected everything, worked out a plan, walked us through it and talked through worst case scenario so we understood. He scheduled a return at 8 the next morning to start work. He showed up on time, started work and got done a little earlier than we anticipated. He was able to dodge worst case scenario saving us thousands and he thoroughly tested the gas pressure and made sure there were no leaks. He also walked us through pricing and their care plan. I recommend Peter and MSP for repair work you can feel good about.

I have been very pleased with the prompt attention, responsiveness, professional treatment, quality of work and value we’ve gotten from our project with Pronto. They replaced our 25 year old furnace with a new HE unit and also replaced our aging hot water heater with a new commercial grade hot water heater with more capacity and a high recovery rate. They showed up exactly on time, did a very good quality job, and communicated throughout. They cleaned up well after themselves and carefully explained everything they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work or water heater replacement. Very happy customer!
