Dean came out, evaluated the problem, spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait. He took the time to go back to get the necessary repair supplies and returned to fix everything. We have recently moved and found that many services come out, say they weren't scheduled for the amount of time it would take to handle the problem, and make us make another appointment - we've been waiting for a cable install for a month now! Dean was great! He took the time, handled all issues, and explained everything. Highly recommended!

We had a lot of water in our basement and our sump pump went out. The Bonfe receptionist was kind, clear, and understood the urgency. Within 3 hours of me making the call, Alan arrived at our house. He quickly assessed the situation, made recommendations, and fixed what was needed. He was kind, expert, and professional. We signed up for their regular service package as a result.Update: a few days later, Jordan came out to replace our sewage expulsion pump. He did great - expert, polite, efficient.

Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor got a bid for the exact same water heater and it came in more than twice as much as my bid from a family owned business. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

Matt showed up right at the very beginning of our appointment window, so big points there. Hate waiting around til the end of 3 hour period not knowing when someone is showing up :)Matt worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable; our new faucets look amazing. And he was just a really nice guy. Appointment scheduling was easy, and a reminder text with a picture of the tech coming was a really nice touch. We got scammed. Our technician fixed our problem, which was great. But he insisted on running diagnostics and “discovered” another problem in a completely different area of our unit that isn’t urgent. He “red tagged” it and then swindled my wife into an agreement to fix our entire system — over $10,000. We have since found 2nd and 3rd opinions who say it is absolutely unnecessary to replace the whole unit and that the isolated problem could be fixed for MUCH cheaper. We were swindled through fear-based communication and made to believe our problem was bigger and more urgent than it was, causing us to make a decision on the spot.

My Samsung Steam Washer and Dryer had been improperly installed by a general contractor, and when the team analyzed the situation, they proposed a two-pronged solution. So that I could use my utilities and get set up; and I could find a more permanent, secure solution for the machines in the works. The service I received was excellent, and I am grateful.
