I have had TJK Plumbing address over the last few years older plumbing issues in our Maple Grove townhouse to great success. All three times the plumbers have been professional, straightforward about pricing before starting the work and offering suggestions for other improvements and estimates. Work has included new water heater, water hammer arrestors, garbage disposal and misc piping replacements.

Minnesota Plumbing and Heating rates 'excellent' from the first moment I talked with them. Before the visit when I called - they took some time to consult with me over the phone concerning the options I had concerning problems (good advice). During the visit the plumber answered my questions and showed me a few details about self-fixing a few details in the future. Prices were very reasonable. I would use them again!

My old water heater broke, so I did what I normally do with this sort of thing and went down to Home Depot to get a new one, planning to watch YouTube videos and figure it out. But after looking at what the job would entail, seeing that there was going to be both solder and gas lines involved, I decided to call in a professional. Jake found time on a Saturday evening to come by to do the job (with his son as his helper, a real family business). They looked over the job free of charge before beginning work, and after a five minute inspection they gave me the price I would pay. It was a little higher than they had said over the phone but there was an obsolete valve that needed replacing -- I Googled 'grease-pack ball valve' and it was totally legit. And the overall price was right.

They handled the job just under three hours and hauled my old unit out of the basement. The installation looks nice and professional. Nice guy, and it's clear that he loves his business -- would definitely trust him again for future work.

I had them come out during our recent kitchen remodel to install a gas hook up for our new stove, a water line for our new fridge, a garbage disposal and sink line, and a new outdoor faucet. They showed up on time and were straightforward with the explanation of work and cost. They also provided great recommendations of things that should be replaced without any pressure. The worked quickly and professionally. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Erik Nelson Pluming to anyone who needs work done.

I called Norblom Plumbing last week for a plugged up kitchen sink below the trap. I had fought with the sink for 2 hours the night before and finally called a plumber. They had a plumber out to my house within 3 hours of calling on Tuesday morning. The plumber was exceptionally friendly and professional. He cleared up the plug within 20 minutes, checked all of our other exposed plumbing downstairs for any issues, and even wiped down everything under our sink to give it a shine. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

Jesse arrived around 2:00PM, well within the scheduled time. He diagnosed and repaired the problem with the A/C system. Because the issues were within the warranty period, there was no charge for his work.In my mind, this is the way our experience with MSP is supposed to work. We used this business to unclog a clog in our basement floor drain. They were prompt and professional and did a good job. Attentive to detail and we would use them again if the need arose.

This company got some national attention this week when one of its employees, Andrew Goette's wife was due to give birth to their first son, Lenny. At 39 weeks pregnant, his wife Ashley found her husband gasping for air, as a result from undiagnosed heart arrhythmia and almost died. So, she called 911 and having not been trained on CPR, she had to administer it to him whilst pregnant until paramedics arrived. Paramedics rushed Mr Goette to the hospital where he was placed in a coma for several days, with his pregnant wife by his side. Doctors were concerned that Mr. Goette had suffered severe brain damage, but thankfully woke from his coma with no apparent brain damage. Mr. Goette then got be in his hospital bed side by side with his wife until she gave birth to their first son the next day. Several news media interviewed Mr. Goette whilst lying in his hospital bed and proudly wearing this company's shirt. Which is obviously clear that he enjoys working for this company. Anyone can google Andrew Goette and read this amazing story. I'm proud to support a company that helps its employees by offering them health insurance.
