We are remodeling our bathroom and received 3-4 quotes for plumbing. These guys were a competitive price for the work we needed done while also being a trustworthy company. They did a great job and followed all of the design instructions we had given them. They are a trusted company in the St. Louis Park community and would recommend getting a quote from them when you are in the need for plumbing work. All of there work passed the inspections with flying colors!

Mike replaced our kitchen faucet and installed a shut off valve at the sink. He also installed new shut off valves for the main line water pipe. He took care of contacting the city to come out and shut down the mainline water at the street. He did a great job and it all went pretty smoothly. Only hiccup was that he had to come back the next day to switch the hot and cold water lines on the kitchen faucet. We are very happy with Roto Rooter and we use them for all of our plumbing and sewer service needs.

I had Norblom Plumbing come to my house 3 times over the past few weeks. The first time they sent a drain specialist to my house to unclog the main drain line. Like most people, I didn't know a plumber and a drain specialist were two separate people, each of which have two very distinct responsibilities and capabilities. When I explained the problems I was experiencing to the drain specialist, he informed me that he would only be able to assist me with the drain. That was frustrating as I assumed a call to a plumbing company would mean all my plumbing related issues would be addressed that day. That is not the case.

I had them come to my house a second time because I was still having issues with the kitchen sink, and again, the same drain specialist came to my house - not a plumber. When he realized there were a few leaks associated with the poor draining, he informed me that he would not be able to fix the leaks, and that he could only unclog the drain. So yet again, I would have to have a plumber come to my house. Again, you would think when you call a plumber, the person they send to your house would be able to address your plumbing related issues. After the fact, their customer service rep even went so far as to tell me that was an unfair assumption. Really?

Finally, a week later, one of their plumber's did come to my house to address the leaks under my kitchen sink. I was told ahead of time it would be a simple, relatively quick job. All said and done, it ended up taking 2 hours of time and over $110 in overpriced parts. The total bill - $432. I was absolutely shocked I was paying so much for what was supposed to be a simple job. That's after already spending $300 on the previous 2 visits.

To their credit, both the drain specialist and the plumber were very friendly. But that friendly chatter will end up costing you.

I even called them to discuss my concerns of being overcharged, and the person I spoke to seemed very defensive and didn't seem to understand my concerns. He told me he would speak to the plumber and that he would call me back the following day. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear from him.

Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. I feel I was charged an arm and a leg for what was supposed to be a simple job, and I was nickle and dimed from the time they pulled up to my house to the time I was handed the bill. I was even told I was being billed their hourly rate during the time it took the plumber to write me my bill.

Dan and his assistance showed up on time, gave a quick estimate and completed the work in an efficient manner. They verified there were no leaks when the work was complete and cleaned up the mess when one was discovered. Very satisfied with their work.

I will first start about the contact person in the office. Quick response, I initially didn’t take the job because I was looking for a bargain, that job didn’t turn out I called this guy back, we did business and every communication along the way was very professional.Now onto the tech. This was also a really good experience as he communicated well he did his job well and was very timely with getting here and cleaning up and finishing the job.

I had a clogged kitchen sink on a weekend and contacted several drain cleaning companies on a Saturday morning. Pablo contacted me within an hour, gave me his opinion of what the problem might be and quoted me the lowest price. I had to wait several hours to commit because there was no one home at my house to let him in, but when I called him back he came right away. Not only did he fix the sink for the agreed upon price, but I had told him about the toilet backing up and he also solved that problem for just a little bit extra. Pablo also spotted some basic plumbing mistakes that were made by the previous owners, like the dishwasher being connected to the cold water line and the ice maker to the hot water line, which had been making both appliances malfunction ever since we moved in. Pablo gave me a terrific low price to come back on a Sunday and sort those out and fixed another leaky sink drain we had. I can't say enough about Right Away and Pablo, they provide fast, highly competent service for a really fair price. Thanks Pablo!

Stan came out to replace my laundry tub and faucet today. Wow! What a friendly and helpful plumber. He was super happy to answer all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. He did a fantastic job. The tub looks fabulous, everything was zip-tied neatly together. He labeled the water shut off valve for me and made sure that the washing machine emptied properly into the tub and that both hot and cold water was running fully.Stan was on time and enthusiastic about his job and career as a plumber. His attention to detail was perfect and left his work area (my laundry room) impeccably clean. Will definitely call Paul Bunyan Plumbing again!
