I've been using Weld & Sons for years. I have always felt their pricing to be fair, and their plumbers are efficient. Clyde, in particular, has been out to our house a couple of times and has always done a superb job, while always explaining what he needed to do. Excellent company to work with.

Technician was on time, super helpful and gave me lots of tips. Definitely would call again.

I asked to install a shutoff valve on the cold water-in to the toilet in a rental property. Then, I wanted them to replace the valve assemby and float valve. The toilet was filling very slowly. Norblom replaced components in the tank, but didnt install a shutoff valve (I found this out later).

Then, I told them to install a new water faucet in the kitchen of the same unit (different appointment). While they were at it, might as well have them install shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, too. This is a 100 year old building that doesnt have modern conveniences. The person I spoke to at Norblom said I'll look into pricing the faucet because they apparently dont carry the type that unit needed (?).

A plumber went in and installed shut off valves under the sink, then left me a message saying he didnt have the parts to repair the faucet. I asked for a new one, not a repair.

I talked with the owner, the most I can offer is an $80 credit. They charge a $97 minimum, plus parts and any labor over 30 min. I've already paid $400 for the minimal work they've done. I'm not paying more. I found a guy on Craigslist that did everything I wanted that Norblom didnt, and perfect quality work, for much less $$.

Bonfe was responsive and communicated well through the entire experience. When onsite, Mike did a great job explaining things and taking care of the problem with my furnace. This is second time I’ve used Bonfe (1st was a plumbing issue), and it was a great experience both times.

They were great to work with, did the work promptly, were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, encouraged me to schedule them during regular hours so I could save money, and were polite and explained plumbing to me. Great experience, would be happy to have their service again!
