I initially reached out to Paul Bunyan to schedule service because of some awesome coupons I had and the great reviews I read and was told that they didn’t service my area, which was a major bummer so I found another provider. Luckily I got a call from Ed the Sales Assoc who was fantastic and friendly and he told me that I was misinformed and not only did they service my area but he was able to get a plumber out that same day!! So of course I jumped at it because we had been dealing with a leaking garbage disposal for over a month now and needed a new one. Matthew came right in the time frame, was professional, friendly and did a great job explaining all my options with the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. We did sign up for the membership because it seemed like a no brainer and it’s already saved us money! I would highly recommend Paul Bunyan plumbing and all the other trades that they provide in a heartbeat!!

The Roto Rooter tech, Al, that came out was amazing. The overall experience from calling on a Sunday night to having them here Monday morning right away and resolving my clogged drain with ease made my day. They are not cheap but well worth it and would recommend them to anyone looking.

I was referred to Metro Earthworks and I am so thankful I was. Our job seemed simple but turned complex quickly. They are highly skilled problem solvers that worked towards a solution and not towards an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. The owner, Corey, was there from start to finish – prepping the site, running the equipment, and cleaning up. They are the only company I would work with if you are in need of sewer repair.

Chris and Connor were a highly professional and personable team! They frequently consulted me regarding issues and my preferences on the repair snd replacement of my shower and tub. The tiny space made for a challenge nonetheless they finished in one day! I rate them

Terrible experience. Paid $3k to fix the mainline and they made it worse, far worse. The mainline had pitch back to the house once they were done, they hid the fact they they couldn't get it right and just buried the pipe and said all was well. 9 months later it was backing up again, took them forever to come out and check it out, then they wanted another $4-5K to fix it right. Even after agreeing to this, they never showed up. Communication wasn't terrible, it was non-existent. Wouldn't return calls or emails, just nothing. Stay away.

Boy was it a crappy day, Literally! We busted out 100-200 feet of clogged pipes. Cost us $492 for 4/5 hours but that is not bad! Also helped me check my septic at our new house and informed of some things I did not know.Also took off the toilet not to ruin anything in the new house with the big snake machine!Has been the go to for family for years!

I was quoted more than double the cost of replacing the guts of two toilets by a company who shall remain nameless.

After communicating and photographing my problems to Mike via email and having Dominic over to assess the situation, it became clear to me that so many companies have an unscrupulous, arbitrary rate system. Mike gave me their up-front hourly rate and an estimated time frame needed to complete the job. He is an excellent communicator which is necessary in performing any job with skill. Dominic performed the plumbing and made short work of it. The two of them saved me a lot of stress and money. They've earned my trust and I will always call on Richfield Plumbing for future issues.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
