I was completely happy with the service Brad and Benson provided. I thought they would come and see what needed to be done and then order supplies. They were able to complete my entire job on the same day! They were very professional and personable. They kept me informed the entire job. They even found a issue I was not aware of. He showed me the concern and gave me a quote immediately then left it up to me if I wanted to repair it. I never felt like he was trying to “up sell” me. As a matter of fact he talked me into a cheaper option that would fit my needs. I will for sure be contacting them again. I felt like they both went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to work my new hot water hear, water softener, repaired outdoor faucet. Brad even walked me through winterizing it for the winter. No this was not a cheap visit ,but the quality and attentiveness and knowledge they showed was well worth it. They even cleaned up and vacuumed before they left.

I used Jake the Plumber to install a new toilet and they did a tremendous job. I worked with Steve, who was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I really liked that he worked hard to make sure the job was done right and wasn't all about the money. I felt like he really cared about how well the job was completed, which was awesome. I highly recommend Jake the Plumber and in particular, Steve!

I've had multiple jobs done by Norblom Plumbing and I've been very happy with every one. We've had everything done from appliance installation (gas range, washing machine, dryer, water heater) to help with bathroom renovation (new tub, toilet, and sink) and the work is done very well. The plumbers are quick, have strong attention to detail, and do a good job cleaning up after themselves when the job is done. On top of that, the plumbers are friendly. Top notch service, all around.

They did a great job to diagnose and fix the problem. Zack was very helpful and explaining everything and helping me get the problem solved in a very fair manner. The prices are very competitive and actually were half the price of two other quotes from other companies. It is nice that their dispatch fee is waived if you go with their work as well.

Darrius Ross continued the great service that I have come to expect from Genz-Ryan. I've used them for both HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. They are higher priced, but you get what you pay for. Not only do they do an excellent job walking you through your options, they send before and after photos of all the work that is completed.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
