These guys are fantastic! I called on Tuesday about a busted faucet, and they were able to schedule my repair for Thursday of the same week. I got a follow up call later that day from Paul to get more details and photos. On the call I mentioned I had a new toilet I needed installed, and he said they might have time to do it. On Thursday, Tim arrived right on time with a faucet ready to go. Once he got started, he noticed our ancient water valves didn’t have on/off knobs and offered to replace them. Very helpful! I never knew there weren’t knobs, so this could have been a disaster in the event of a leak. And he even had time to replace the toilet! Pricing was fair, invoice was easy to understand, Tim was friendly and quick.

Erik Nelson's crew did a great job on our 93 year old home, fixing a tub leak that drained into our kitchen. They were friendly, professional, cleaned up beautifully, and protected our carpets and floors. They explained the job, price point, and time expectation and were in and out. Norblom recommended someone to do a second opinion camera inspection and the result was a descaling for less than 1k$ and no tearing up the floor. Honest and professional. I love this place. The tall guy is very helpful. Sorry don’t know his name. He has helped me twice in the last month. Once to get a part for my water heater and the other for abs pipe. He helped explain what I needed to do to fix the leaky pipe. The prices are a little more but for the knowledge they provide and convenience it’s totally worth it.
