Best Fixture Installation in Minneapolis MN

Found this company using an old yellow pages phone book. Not many plumbers are licensed to do gas line work in Minneapolis, and many of those are booked out more than a week. Josh from TJK came the next day, bid the job for a new gas turn-off and stove hook-up, and he was able to do the work a couple of days later. He was very pleasant, very efficient, very informative, and we were very pleased!

I called 4 plumbers before I called Jake. They were either busy or had no idea how to solve my problem when I explained the situation and wouldn't even come out to check. I called Jake the plumber and they came out that day. They were super friendly and discovered the water heater was leaking underneath by using a camera, then showed me the video demonstrating the problem. They also found my water pressure was low and discovered the water softner (which was likely original with the old house) was failing causing the water pressure issues. The work was great and they were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend Jake.

Great experience with Justin and the apprentice Andy. Had them change a shower valve and shut off valves for sinks and toilet. They arrived on time and were efficient, but not rushed in their work pace. They cleaned up and everything works great. I live in a 1920's Mpls bungalow, which always presents some issues. The work involved opening up a wall and improving on former homeowner's handyman special work. Everything is much improved and done correctly.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

The technician was very polite. He did a very thorough evaluation of the issue to make sure there were not other causes of our plugged drain. He made sure to walk me through what he was doing and what I can do in the future to prevent the issue from coming back.

Had my 15+ year old water heater replaced today by Norblom Plumbing. When I called earlier in the week with questions about the run needed for a powered damper (my previous heater had a very shallow angle), Mike had me take pictures, fully assessed my needs and set up an appt to get the water heater replaced just 3 days later. The installer arrived today - 40 mins early (but he called first and asked permission to come early) - and he had scheduled help to have him remove my old water heater and bring the new one in to the basement. They laid down painters cloth to protect my carpeted stairs and completed the job in just over an hour. My wife and I were shown how this unit works - it's damper is powered compared to my previous unit -- and all works great. The team fully cleaned up the work area and filled out my Xcel Energy rebate form for me to send in for a $150 rebate (done!).

Overall - very happy with the service, speed, friendliness. Would call them again without reservation.

Jason was on time, was kind, and very respectful of the area. Asked questions when he had them and plugged away at the job until it was complete. He kept me in the loop when I had questions as well, which was very courteous. We had a lead drum trap replaced Bonfe was very quick in response with estimate and when Jason would be arriving.

So glad we called the Erickson team for our A/C issues. They were friendly, prompt, and fair in their pricing to help get our unit up and running again before the heat! Highly recommend for anyone in the metro area!

Best plumber in town, no question.

Eric was great! He showed up on time, explained the entire process and what we could expect. He explained what costs would be with different options before starting any work. He got it all done in the same day! We are definitely using Service Star for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I had them come out for a yearly tune-up and was so impressed with the service I received. Brent did a great job and took the time to explain some of the things we may want to watch. We will definitely use them again.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I had a water heater that was leaking and didn't want to buy a lessor quality water heater from the big box stores. I didn't want to pay a plumber to install a quality product either. I stumbled across LeVahn and called them when they opened up and inquired if they had the water heater I needed. They were able to secure one a few hour later. Since I was having to shut the water off, I decided it was time to replace the water softener as well since it was just as old as the water heater. I went home and installed the water heater and the fittings for the vent was different from the original. I went back and Andy the plumber helped me get the correct parts to finish the install. I was extremely impressed that they were so accommodating to me with my numerous questions and help me get it installed correctly. A HUGE Thank you to Chris and Andy!!! BTW I live about 25 minutes west of their store and drive past several big box and other local hardware stores to get there. I will continue to patronize their store due to the customer service I received.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
