Best Faucet Replace in Minneapolis MN

I cannot say enough about the service we received from John and Minnesota Plumbing and Heating. He came out at the time specified, diagnosed the problem immediately, and within a couple of hours we had a new water heater with hot water a short 30 minutes later. Everything was taken care of right on site. John was personable and professional. It's easy to see why he's been doing this for over twenty-four years. Thank you John and MN Plumbing and Heating!

I called 4 plumbers before I called Jake. They were either busy or had no idea how to solve my problem when I explained the situation and wouldn't even come out to check. I called Jake the plumber and they came out that day. They were super friendly and discovered the water heater was leaking underneath by using a camera, then showed me the video demonstrating the problem. They also found my water pressure was low and discovered the water softner (which was likely original with the old house) was failing causing the water pressure issues. The work was great and they were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend Jake.

John and Carly were great. Price was about half what I was quoted with another company. Besides the money they were clean and kind. They even were great with my little, harmless, barking, feisty dog 🐕.

Andrew - 2766 - was amazing! He was informational, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. I never want to have plumbing problems again, but if I did, Andrew and roto-rooter would be my first call!

My house has a clogged drain then causing the basement to be flooded. There was a technician come out already to fix the upstairs bathroom wax ring but they did not pay attention to the other details. Weld & Sons has great customer service, in particular the after office hour. Victor was very knowledgeable and even listening to my description, he was able to understand the issues, estimate the hour job, give me a fair hourly rate. I did not have to worry about the unknown overcharges for the other companies came out and always tell you it depends. I had called over 5 different companies the people answering the phone has no idea what you are talking about, they are only documenting the issue and not able to answer anything. Victor however is the plumber himself, so this is different. He took time to explain the issues, and he made recommendation on site with what is needed, and did not try to rip me off by suggesting me to replace everything I did not needed to replace. They are upfront with the pricing charges so I don't need to worry about the overcharges. Their estimates on the number of hours of work needed to fix things are fairly accurate. They helped me with changing the faucet, fixing the faucet that was broken, and changing the main water pipe valves. At the end, they refer me to another company to take care of the Sewer problem as well (American Sewer) and that company was amazingly the best companies amongst all of the quotes that I have gotten. What I have realized is that almost everyone just tried to tell you that you need to fix many things but they may not be needed. Weld & Son and American Sewer are both very fair and professional and answer many questions I have. I just would highly recommend them!

The drain in the laundry room was clogged, which was allowing water to pool in our basement. The technician that came out, Brian, came and took a look and had it cleared in about an hour. He was professional, walked me through everything that he had done, and gave me some tips to help prevent further plumbing issues.

Awful value and very high rates. Toilet water shut off valve handle replaced for $130. The o-ring was broken off, allowing for water to run into the tank when shut all the way off. Paul replaced just the knob, the piece that holds the o-ring, and a new o-ring.
Paul checked in at 10:45 via text and checked out at 11:15 via text, and I had received that text at 11:10. $70 to show up and $50 per 15 mins, even if they are done before that the 15 mins is up. They also charge you for the time it takes for them to write up an invoice (not worth charging for, since it’s not part of the technical job).
Definitely not worth the value.

Find a better place on google that had more reviews, even better reviews, and is more at the top when you sort by top rated. I had an appointment for later in the day with a company that doesn’t charge for estimates or coming out, then Mike From Norblom called and said they could come right away. My mistake for accepting convenience.

I called and talked to Mike after my appointment to express my concern and his response was that they texted the cost information and then mentioned that a company that doesn’t charge for a estimate charges more to do the job.
I find a company that doesn’t charge for an estimate to be customer centric and not bottom line hungry.

I am very happy with the work that Nathan, David and Mark provided today. They were punctual, friendly and did a good job explaining what needed to be done and went over their work afterwards to show me their completed work. I also appreciated the company sending me the pictures and names of the workmen before they arrived.

We had a leak in a basement pipe that needed to be repaired. The technician was on time, extremely friendly, and worked quickly to fix the problem that was causing the leak. We would definitely use Erickson again for future needs.

They did a good job in finding the problem with the sewage and with a reasonable charge. They gave me a solution on how to fix the hole in the pipes. Would highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with the any problem right away.

Quick service, professional, attentive, like anything these days you don't really have a set price so feel free to haggle. After all is said and done things start to unravel. It's been 2 months and I'm greatful I've had no issues with the equipment installed. Two thing come to mind: 1.) I signed up for the $8 a month service plan which is fine but they charged the finance company I used instead of my credit card causing issues 2.) They never submitted the rebates they promised to do as a company policy

Quality help. Sent a message with my problem and Paul responded quickly and explained my problem to me very well. Ended up taking me out of using a plumber! Would definitely call him again.

They came out, and did some work. Didn't even up finishing the bid.

I ended up spending $3,200 with them. I paid another company $1,800 to redo and finish what hovde started. Wouldn't recommend based off of what happened to me.
