Best Faucet Fix in Minneapolis MN

I wanted to get my sump pump discharge changed from tubing to hard pipe outside. They wanted to charge $60 for a driving fee, $250 for “diagnostic fee”, and then charge whatever the work is.

Diagnostic fee on what? Nothing is broken. I need some PVC installed. They don’t even credit the diagnostic fee towards a repair, they just rob you of $310.

What a joke.

We realized our water heater was leaking and Jake came out to replace our water heater the next day. He arrived within the half hour window as promised and was very professional! Jake even took the time to show me how the water heater worked and how to change the temperature settings. Would use Jake again! Highly recommended.

We bought a 1926 house with the understanding that it would require major plumbing work after our inspection. We got bids from 3 different plumbers, and Jaron from ENP was impressively thorough with the quote. The quote took a lot longer than expected because the house had a lot of quirks, and ENP charges for quotes. It was the lowest quote and the most thorough. We hired him to come in the Monday after we closed, and he and assistant Tim fully revamped our plumbing in 5 days during a snowstorm. They brought absolutely everything up to code, helped us select new fixtures and a toilet, and took care of many issues beyond what we discussed in the quote. Because of several unanticipated issues with the plumbing and us choosing some more complex upgrades, we went over the original quote, but Jaron talked us through each additional component and made sure we wanted to go through with it. All was very fair and we got a lot of great features that we weren't originally planning to do now. At the end, he walked us through the whole job and explained every component and what we needed to know. The job site was meticulously clean and organized. We'll be using Erik Nelson Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

A drain technician came to the house at about 7:45 PM and worked for about two hours to get my main line sewer drain unclogged. His name was Brian and I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for drain and plumbing needs. This is the second time I have used their services in the past year or two. A satisfied customer.

TLDR: Bonfe charged us nearly $9400 for a new furnace and water softener, and both broke immediately. They also offered a free year of their monthly subscription and began charging for that immediately, too.In late February our furnace went out right before some of the coldest days of Winter were supposed to happen. We called Bonfe and had them come out to see about fixing our furnace. They pushed a new furnace pretty hard, and it made sense. Our furnace was 21 years old and getting a new one was going to be more cost effective. We had also just moved in back in July of 2022 and the water softener had not been maintained by the previous owner. So we bit the bullet and shelled out nearly $9,400 for a new furnace and a new water softener.Fast forward a few days and the water softener had leaked through our our upstairs floor down into our coat closet and pantry on the first floor. To Bonfe's credit, they came out right away and fixed the problem no charge citing that a part had either been faulty to begin with, or had been tightened too much upon installation.Now this week, our furnace doesn't seem to be working in the same way our old furnace stopped working (it just doesn't turn on when it gets cold in the house). We'll be calling them about fixing this, but it's exceedingly frustrating when you pay $9400 for brand new appliances and something goes wrong with both of them within a month of installation. Bonfe also offered us a free year of their monthly subscription and began charging us immediately for that as well. Overall, it has been a very sour experience and we don't plan on using them again. I would not recommend them. Shop around for fair prices before going with the most convenient option.

Called 1am on 11/12/18 and got told we would get a call back for the emergency electrician, didn't get a call until 7:30 to schedule an appointment. Seeing it's Minnesota, our house is freezing. We believe our electricity went out around 10:30-11:30pm on 11/11/18. We ended up calling someone else who won't be out until later this morning. If you say you are an emergency electrician and say dispatch will call for an emergency electrician, then follow through, if your not sending someone at least let the potential client know.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Service was scheduled quickly (day after I called), tech showed up on time and did the work well at a good price

Bunch of jokers i tell you what over there hiring hotheaded road ragers to drive there company vehicles around. Aggressively racing around in a van flipping people off in stop and go traffic. Hilarious! That guy forsure was punching the air after i went off on my exit

They came out, and did some work. Didn't even up finishing the bid.

I ended up spending $3,200 with them. I paid another company $1,800 to redo and finish what hovde started. Wouldn't recommend based off of what happened to me.

I don't have anything against Home Depot, in fact I've always found their customer service to be above average, but they can't hold a candle to LeVahn Bros in that arena.

Most friendly/knowledgeable staff that I've dealt with anywhere, hands-down.

This is now my default hardware store.

Needed help with water softener that had water pouring out of it. Paul was nice enough to offer a suggestion for us to fix it ourselves so we wouldn't be charged for a service call. This did not work though, so called back and he had someone out to take care of us within about 1 1/2 hours. I called a different plumber first and 6 hours later have still not received a call back from that person. Will definitely use Paul the Plumber again...
