Best Drainage Service in Minneapolis MN

TJK was recommended by a friend because she felt they were fair and honest - a not so common characteristic now-a-days. I needed to find someone right away since we had a major pipe leak from our kitchen into our basement. I made an appt and they were accommodating of my schedule and showed up when they said they would. Brad was up front about all pricing and fixed the problem, along with a second one he found when I asked him about something else. Plumbing work is not cheap, but I found TJK to be reasonable given the project and when I asked about other work Brad gave me ideas and didn't try to sell services that weren't immediately needed. I will definitely call TJK again when a plumber is needed.

The service was great and he was very nice.

I just bought my first home in December of last year and the hose pipe was not properly installed or winterized and needed to be replaced. Dan was very informative and showed me exactly what he fixed and explained why the pipe burst and how to prevent that next winter. I called service star one day prior and they had a two hour window that they were open between 8-10am. Dan was prompt and was here right at 8am. Very professional and made minimal cuts to get to the pipe.

Our kitchen sink would not drain and needed it repaired ASAP. They sent a plumber quickly and Brian was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our problem in a timely manner. I also really appreciated how he walked me through what was causing the plug, the estimate and ways to ensure that it does not happen again. I would highly recommended Roto-Rooter.

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

I have used Right Mark plumbing on more than one occasion and recommended to others who have had just as good experiences as I have. Responsive, professional, and reliable- highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Mike and Devin from Ron the Sewer Rat. We had another company come out to work on our main line and they were unable to do the job and they had suggested us down a costly and unnecessary path. We decided to call Ron the Sewer Rat to get a second opinion - PHEW! Mike and Devin were complete rock stars. Stayed here late in order to get the job done, went above and beyond our expectations and saved us thousands of dollars. To not be able to use water during the stay at home order would have been so stressful for our family and the team made sure we were taken care of.We would recommend this company without any hesitation.
