Best Drain Lines in Minneapolis MN

As a building contractor, I've been using TJK Plumbing for the better part of 7 years now. They are my primary and first call for our plumbing work. whether it's an urgent service call, or the rough in and finishing of a high end bathroom or kitchen, I always know I can rely on TJ and his crew to get the job done correctly and timely. If there's a mistake, they are always ready to make the appropriate corrections.

My entire experience with Erik Nelson Plumbing was great. I described my issue to Nick when I scheduled my service and he found the most appropriate team to address my problem. Erik (the owner) and Jaron came to the house and gave me an estimate and described what the job likely would entail. I had a broken vent pipe in my upstairs bathroom that need to be replaced and reconnected to my main vent stack. I also had them replace all of the remaining galvanized pipes in that bathroom as well. They had to open the wall in an adjacent bedroom to make the repairs. I was very happy with their work and they left the work area spotless. The final cost came in below their original estimate. These are good guys and I highly recommend them.

Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

Tony was professional. He gave ma an estimate of what the job could possibly cost. He did not perform the work himself but explained to me what the job entailed and how they would repair the toilet (gave me 3 estimates). He drew me a picture and showed me what the problem was and how it could be fixed. I have a plumber coming out tomorrow to do the actual repair work! He was very knowledgeable about the work!!

I had floor drain issues, after many failed attempts with other plumbing companies (big companies with hundreds of 4.5 star reviews). I decided to call Paul the Plumber on a whim and very glad that I did! It was middle of the day already when I called and they were totally booked for the day. Paul was still very accommodating though, he said he would do his best to send someone out, which he did. Turns out it was a cracked pipe under basement slab, they were able to come back 2 days later to do the repair (they estimated a week). Not only were they able to fix the cracked pipe, Paul’s and his staff were willing and opened to giving advice on how to repair certain things unrelated to service job. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies and very dedicated to their customers. Would totally recommend them to our friends and family! Great customer service and trustworthiness, which is hard to find nowadays.All these big companies with their huge marketing ads on availability but when they actually send people out to your house, they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Paul and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even though you have to schedule for service, I’d rather do that than call those big plumbing companies.

Stop searching and start calling Joe. One of the best authentic people I had the chance to work with recently.
Our construction company hired Joe come to pinpoint the clog underneath the foundation. Joe did not hesitate to answer texts and calls, and he even came back to help us. He took the shovel and started helping us find the clog which was within a foot of his mark in the direction that we did not dig.
The best part Joe didn't charge for the come back trip even though we offer to pay for it.

Street Plumbing was very responsive to my issue and was able to get out to fix this problem ASAP. They were able to fix my issue within 30 minutes. Showed me before what they will do and showed me after what they have completed. Also pointed out his concerns that he noticed elsewhere, without pushing as a sales person. Great service and excellent workers.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
