Easily the best plumbing/boiler service I have ever experienced. Jake came out the same day I called for a service need for my boiler. I asked if I could look over his shoulder and have him educate me on my system. He gladly explained how the system worked and how and what needed to be fixed, and then followed through with outstanding service. Very professional and affordable. Will be calling again with home repair needs.

We received prompt service when my husband called. Darrell was here in 45 minutes. And he patiently answered all of our questions before beginning the process to clear our main line. There was no mess left behind when he was finished. And that was something I was quite concerned about. I would recommend.

This company was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I called for a simple water leak and the same night our water heater went out on us. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone there that afternoon to look at the leak and replace the water heater. The pricing was very competitive as well.

The leak didn't go away from the initial visit and someone had to come back out to look again. He was there less than 15 minutes and fixed it at no cost to us. That's service if I've seen it and both service technicians were very professional. Great all around experience on our end.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Had a clogged kitchen sink thinking it may be caused by the cold winter freezing the pipe. Called Pablo and crew and they showed up same day within the time frame provided. Great company! I called Paul the plumber due to my floor drain in the basement overflowing with a clog. He had a guy out that was able to arrive before our scheduled time at 11:00 a.m. this morning. The plumber was professional efficient and got the job done in no time. I chose Paul the plumber due to his professed Christian faith, which I share. It's great to see a company sharing Jesus with everyone they impact through their work. The work done was affordable. Paul even explains things in a simple way over the phone and offers suggestions prior to scheduling a plumber to come out. Quick and professional I would recommend them to anyone!

We had repeated problems with a backed-up toilet and had plumbers out many times to clear the clogs. Rob and Jose from General Rooter not only removed the clog but also determined why the toilet was clogged so often. By running their fiber optic camera down the pipe, they found two what they called “bellies,” low spots where the pipe had sagged and didn’t drain properly. This, along with cracks seen in the video, requires us to excavate the cement slab to replace the pipe, and Rob referred us to a plumber they trusted to do the job well.

They could have just cleared the clog but went further to provide a solution to prevent reoccurrences. Thank you General Rooter!
