Had new kitchen counter tops installed and needed a plumber to come out and perform the reconnect of the sink, disposal, and dishwasher after the installation.

Tim was punctual, thorough, and performed great work. He discovered a small crack in my garbage disposal and recommended a replacement (which he had in his truck).

The only downside is they do not provide a quote or estimate prior to arriving at your residence. However, based on my experience and other reviews it appears that they are fairly priced and middle of the road so to speak.

I chose Jake the Plumber because of their willingness to discuss potential costs for my repair before making the trip to my house. This was important to me and none of the other vendors I called would even tell me their hourly rate. Stu was great; he explained the scope of work and completed it quickly all while keeping the expense well within the range given on the phone. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. We will definitely use Jake the Plumber again.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I don't think I'll be calling any other business with any sewer drain issues from here on out. Right Away lived up to the name. They provided same day service at a reasonable price and were professional throughout diagnosing the issue, treating the issue, and providing additional guidance and assistance.

Originally scheduled a tune up for our water heater after moving into our home for about almost three years and found out our chlorine level was really high plus a couple other things thanks to Jeff! Jeff K was very professional and efficient. After wanting to proceed with the new installation of our tankless water heater things moved very quickly and they got the job done and we are very pleased. I recently just took a shower and could tell our water just “felt” better! Now we can run a bath without having to worry about the hot water running out! Thank you Jeff K, Joe B, and I totally did not catch the delivery driver’s name, but you all were amazing and we highly recommend!

They were able to come out the very next morning which was much faster than the other few places I tried. The new plumbing looks great. Everything was fixed up the same day. It still costs and arm and a leg to fix plumbing issues but pricing seems comparable to others and service was outstanding. Everything was neatly cleaned up and all of my questions were answered. Overall a very good experience.

Zach with MSP was really great! He was patient with us, and when issues came up requiring the gas provider to get involved, he kept a great attitude about it. The price of the service was reasonable, and included additional advice and knowledge from Zach. MSP was able to respond the same day to an issue most providers have been saying will take up to a week, and to resolve the issue with our furnace in a matter of hours.

I received service from Barry and Ray and it was some of the best service I have ever been provided. Ray and his team put in the furnace and AC, and Barry came to finish the electrical on the job. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I had a scare with a CO detector but they were quick to respond (within the hour) and assured me everything was fine (needed to update my detector). Barry left in the middle of another job, and even stuck around and waited for Ray to arrive to ensure nothing was missed.They lived up to the “outrageously professional” tag line in my experience.

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt. Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
