Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

They were very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Their invoice was very detail showing what could happen if it doesn't go to plan and the costs. Luckily everything went accordingly and they were all very friendly and professional.

So glad that I chose Mr. Rooter Plumbing for the installation of a gas pipe line for a dryer. Their customer service is top notch as well. The ones who I spoke to on the phone, actually cared to help. Unlike other so called MN Plumbing services who couldn't even pretend to care. Everything was done exceptionally well. I never felt like I was being ripped off. Josiah came and had the job done very well and efficiently. He explained everything that he will be doing thoroughly and answer all of my questions. Made me feel reassured that I chose the right people to do this installation. The cost was a bit more then I hope, but in comparison to other plumbers who came out and estimated the cost; it was a lot cheaper. Hopefully I won't have any house/plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I know who to call.

Allow me to mention that Cow City Plumbing Experts houses a team of remarkably professional plumbers who excel in their plumbing work. They efficiently resolved my plumbing concerns and provided helpful insights for future prevention.

Too bad I have to even pick 1 star. My service was for a stoppage, I chose what was closest to my issue, but I noted that the problem was water bubbling in kitchen and toilets when water was draining in other areas of the house. From the moment the technician arrived he was abrasive and rude. He flushed a toilet, walked around the outside perimeter of my home and said he couldn't help me. He advised me that I would have to call another company to address my problem and he thought it might be clogged vents. He refused to try and see if there was a clog elsewhere or do any other work. Considering he was wearing nice jeans, a nice tshirt and was worried more about the grass that got on his shoe than listening to my concerns I'm not surprised he didn't want to inspect the cleanouts (we have 3) under the house. After speaking to his mgr he told me he was going outside to make a call to my warranty company. He got into his van and drove away. Awesome service! I will make sure to tell my friends.
